The episode begins with Arjun apologizing to Megha for coming late. He promises to Megha and the baby he won’t leave them alone. He asks Megha to open her eyes. He takes Megha from there.
On the other hand, Ghooran tells Manoj to forget Megha because a lion would have eaten Megha already. Manoj tells Ghooran that he wants his baby; that’s it. Arjun comes there with Megha. After some time, Arjun tells Manoj that he is the latter’s fan. Manoj fails to recognize Arjun because Arjun is in disguise as Jishnu. Arjun says he begged Bhai to reach Bandipur. Ghooran says Arjun is speaking a lot, so Arjun is not trustworthy. Manoj tells Arjun that Ghooran is his father-in-law. He asks Arjun’s name.
Megha regains her consciousness and takes Arjun’s name. Arjun introduces himself as Jishnu. Megha keeps staring at Arjun. Manoj asks whether Jishnu knows Megha. Jishnu says he has seen Megha and Manoj’s photos. Manoj tells Jishnu to stay there as his guest because it will take two days to arrange consignment. He says Jishnu will get a gift for bringing Megha from the forest. He asks Ghooran what to do with Alka because Alka helped Megha again. Ghooran asks Manoj to forgive Alka this time. He says he should marry Megha now. Manoj agrees. He strangles Alka and warns her to not repeat the mistake. He orders Alka to help Megha get ready. Alka takes Megha inside.
Arjun calls Ranjeeta and tells her he found Megha. He says Manoj failed to recognize him, and he did not tell Megha he is Arjun. Surendar asks how Arjun is going to save Megha. Arjun replies he has no plan. He says he is with Megha, and he will bring Megha and the baby to India safely.
Megha tells Alka that she won’t marry Ghooran and she won’t give her baby Manoj. She throws the pillow away. Arjun takes the pillow and tells Megha in his mind he will make everything fine. Megha feels Arjun and takes his name. Arjun hides before Megha sees him. Megha cries. Alka tells Megha that the latter can’t escape from Bandipur. She says Manoj threatened to kill them. Megha tells Alka she feels Arjun’s presence. Arjun gets emotional hearing this. Megha says Arjun is coming to save her.
Alka takes Megha inside. Arjun sneaks into the house. Alka tells Megha that it’s been more than four months and no one came from India. She says everyone moves on, and life doesn’t stop for anyone. She adds Megha’s family would have learned to live without Megha. Megha cries. Alka asks Megha to accept the fate. Arjun hears everything. Alka helps Megha get ready as a bride. She leaves from there.
After some time, Alka returns, but Megha is not there. She searches for Megha. Arjun wonders where Megha went. He thinks he has to find Megha. Megha tries to get into the drum. Arjun comes there and asks Megha what she is planning to do. Megha scolds him for bringing her to Manoj. Arjun tells her God is saving her. He asks her to trust him. Megha thinks her heart is saying Jishnu is Arjun.
