The episode starts with few goons who starts fighting with Sachin when he takes the stand for an old businessman. Sachin defeats those goons and wins the heart of that businessman. The man wants to sell his shop to settle down with his son who lives in America. Sachin asks the price of that shop to think about Tejas. Businessman wants customer who will take care of this shop as his own to build up a business. He also promises Sachin that he will agree to sell the shop in low price to Tejas since he has helped him.
Returning in house, Sachin calls all the family members and mentions about the business offer. At first no one cares his words but when he explains that Tejas have to run a running business, they all understand the convenience of this offer. Sachin also describes other merits and demerits of this business. Tejas also feels very happy with this idea. Though Renuka doesn’t like the conditions, Paresh suggests Tejas to investigate the matter.
Renuka doesn’t believe that Sachin could bring any offer for Tejas. She belittles the kindness and generosity of Sachin who always pulls Tejas from his back. Sayali feels very irritated and take the stand for her husband. Finally Tejas and Roshni decide to visit the store at first then they will decide whether they will buy it or not.
Sayali becomes extremely angry when Renuka insults her husband without any reason. She rebukes Sachin for bringing that offer for Tejas, there is no one in the house who will understand the integrity of Sachin. But he doesn’t understand that complexity and always he does what he feels for his family. He also feels very sorry for Tejas who doesn’t have any job for the last few years.
Tejas and Roshni visit the store room with all the family members. Everyone becomes amazed to see its position and prosperity of that business. Tejas feels greedy when he notices the chair of that owner. He imagines himself in that chair and feels very proud.
Sachin introduces the owner with his father. The businessman wants to see Tejas who will buy this shop. Tejas asks many question about the shop and its present position in the market. The businessman asks Tejas to see the entire store room at first then they will discuss about the price and other things.
All family members watches all the products with interest. But Tejas can’t think anything except the chair of the owner. Renuka seems very happy to see the excitement on the face of Tejas. Finally after many years, Tejas is going to fullfil his dream. Tejas finalizes that deals since he has many marketing strategies to run this business. The owner suggests Tejas to remain honest and loyal to the customers. Tejas and Roshni don’t want to talk about the money in front of Sachin and Sayali which make them insulted.
In the dinner table, Renuka insults Sayali for not calling Tejas and Roshni to have the dinner. Sachin forbids Sayali to obey all the orders of her mother-in-law.

Precap : Tejas and Roshni can’t decide what they will keep the name of their shop. Sachin will force them to keep the name of their mother as the name of the shop.
