The episode starts with DJ bringing Rani to the hospital and he calls the gynac immediately. Dj asks the ward boy about the doctor and the doctor just came in to check Rani. Dj tells the doctor that Rani is pregnant and he tells the doctor to cure his wife immediately. The doctor starts preparing for the sonography and DJ gets restless to see Rani. The doctor inject Rani to check her status and starts the sonography. Dj tells the doctor to do everything in front of him but the doctor asks him to wait outside and let her do work. Dj comes out and thinks about how he pressurized Rani for the classes. Dj decides to inform his mother.
Pinky tells Narayani that everyone asks for her family at the wedding and suddenly the DJ calls Naryani. Dj informs Naryani that Rani has fainted and she is in the hospital because of him. Dj asks Naryani to come to the hospital.
The doctor checks Rani’s foetus heart beat and she is unable to hear it. Dj realised how harsh he was with her. Naryani comes to the hospital and DJ tells them that the doctor is checking Rani. Devu tells everyone that Rani was stressed from the last few days. Dj blames himself for Rani’s condition and Pinky thinks where Alisha is. Ishaan gives hope to Dj and the doctor informs Dj that there are chances for mischarage and they are unable to hear the heart beat of the foetus. Dj asks the doctor to call her senior and the doctor tells him that she is doing according to her senior. Pinky decides to inform Alisha. Dj is totally broken and he thinks that he has not done well with Rani. Alisha gets lots of missed calls from Kavita and suddenly Pinky calls her. Pinky tells Alisha that Rani’s health is not well and there are lots of chances for mischarage. Alisha gets angry because when she plans Rani destroys it. Alisha calms down and waits for her move. Naryani prays for Rani’s fast recovery along with the child. Dj comes to the temple and folds his hands to save Rani and his child. Dj tells God that he never asks anything from him but this time he wants Rani to get well and he wants his child also. Dj tells God that he realised his mistake and now he can do anything for Rani.
The doctor sees that the oxygen level is going down and the doctor calls for a senior doctor. Naryani is crying and Alisha comes to meet her. Naryani hugs Alisha and she tells her about Rani. Naryani asks Alisha to call the best doctor because she wants Rani to recover fast. Alisha assures Naryani and tells her that she will handle everything. Ishaan informs Dj that the senior doctor is here. Dj sees that Soham is handling the case and he holds his collar. Soham tells DJ that Rani is not well and he will immediately have to start the treatment fast so he asks Dj to keep the rivalry aside. Dj warns Soham and Soham assures Dj that he will handle everything. Soham gets the blood test report and he starts the treatment. Alisha tries to console Dj and DJ asks her to stay away. Pinky tells DJ that Alisha worries for him and Alisha apologises Dj.
Dj tells Alisha to leave him alone. Soham calls Rani’s family members and Dj sees that Rani is still unconscious. Dj gets broken and he holds the hands of Rani. Dj regrets what he has done with Rani and Rani holds the hands of Dj. Rani opens her eyes and fine DJ in front of him. Dj assures Rani that everything is fine and Naryani shows concern to Rani. Soham tells everyone that Rani and the child are out of danger. Soham tells them that Rani has a homeoglobin issue that needs to be taken care of. Dj promised to take care of Rani and Soham tells everyone that Rani can’t go to college for some days.
