The episode begins with Bipasha checks Arshi’s pulse and says Arshi is alive. Shubhankar calls an ambulance. Anjana tells Mrinalini to call Choton. Tanuja tells Shubhankar to call Srishti too. Shubhankar calls Srishti and tells her about Arshi’s suicide attempt. Srishti tells Shubhankar that she won’t spare Aniruddh if anything happens to Arshi then. Shubhankar tells Srishti that the ambulance is coming and nothing will happen to Arshi. Srishti threatens to file a case against Aniruddh after Arshi comes to her senses. Shubhankar tells Srishti to reach the hospital and disconnect the call. Tanuja tells Shubhankar that she is scared. Mimi says Arshi did this to take revenge on Aniruddh and Jhanak. Tanuja scolds Mimi. She tells Shubhankar to inform Aniruddh.
Meanwhile, Jhanak notices Shubhankar calling Aniruddh. She wakes Aniruddh up. Aniruddh refuses to pick up the call. Jhanak tells him there must be an emergency. Aniruddh notices Mrinalini is calling and picks up the call. Mrinalini tells Aniruddh about Arshi’s suicide attempt. She asks Aniruddh to reach the hospital and disconnect the call. Aniruddh tells Jhanak about Arshi’s suicide attempt. He asks Jhanak not to leave the house.
Jhanak reminds him she promised not to leave. She says she is worried they may file a case against Aniruddh. Aniruddh tells her he just asked for a divorce and he did nothing wrong by doing that. He goes inside. Jhanak wonders why Arshi took this decision if Arshi has an affair then. She decides to not snatch Aniruddh from Arshi.
In the hospital, Shubhankar asks the doctor to save Arshi. Bipasha gives the sleeping pills bottle to the doctor. The doctor asks Shubhankar to inform the police and goes inside. Bipasha says if police get involved, then they can get rid of Jhanak permanently.
Aniruddh comes downstairs after getting ready. Jhanak asks him to eat before leaving because he did not eat yesterday and he won’t eat in the hospital either. Aniruddh tells her this is why she is special. He says Arshi won’t try to die, and she is doing all this to take revenge on him. He places a kiss on her forehead and leaves from there.
Srishti asks why Shubhankar did not wait for her and admit Arshi to this hospital. Vinayak tells Srishti to calm down because Shubhankar did right. Tanuja tells Srishti to calm down. She says Arshi is like her daughter. Srishti says no one can imagine what she is feeling now. She asks where Aniruddh is. She tauntingly says Aniruddh must be with Jhanak. Bipasha tells Srishti that Aniruddh is on the way. The junior doctor asks them not to make noise. She says they have to give life support to Arshi. She asks, Where is Arshi’s husband, Aniruddh.
Siddharth calls Srishti and asks how Arshi is. Srishti tells Siddarth that Arshi is not fine and Aniruddh did not reach the hospital yet. Siddharth asks her to not worry because he will handle everything.
Aniruddh enters the hospital. Choton tells Aniruddh that Arshi is in the ICU. Anjana says Srishti is angry at Aniruddh. She adds police may come. Srishti tauntingly welcomes Aniruddh. Shubhankar asks Aniruddh why the latter came late. The junior doctor says Arshi’s husband should sign the documents. She adds Arshi may come to her senses in a few hours. Aniruddh asks her whether he can see Arshi. Srishti tells Aniruddh that he can’t see Arshi. She says police will deal with Aniruddh.
Vinayak asks Aniruddh what the latter said to Arshi yesterday. Srishti says everything is a game for Aniruddh. She tells Aniruddh she won’t spare him if anything happens to Arshi. Tanuja hopes Arshi becomes fine. Lalon comes there. Srishti and Shubhankar scold Lalon.
On the other hand, Jhanak wonders whether she should call Aniruddh or not. She calls Aniruddh to know about Arshi’s condition. She thinks Aniruddh must be busy and disconnects the call. She decides to wait.
Bipasha asks Aniruddh whether Jhanak is calling him. Shubhankar and Tanuja scold Aniruddh. Srishti says Arshi is fighting for life, but Aniruddh is busy with Jhanak. Vinayak reminds Srishti that Jhanak is the latter’s daughter. Srishti says Jhanak is like Brij Bhushan.
Siddharth comes there. Srishti tells him thanks for coming. Siddharth asks her whether Arshi is fine. Srishti tells him about life support. Aniruddh questions Siddarth. Siddharth introduces himself to Aniruddh. He asks Srishti why they brought Arshi to this hospital when a better hospital exists. Aniruddh tells Siddarth not to interfere in personal matters and not to cross the limits.
Siddharth tells Aniruddh that the latter should fulfill husband responsibilities too. He says he knows his limits very well. He adds Arshi told him Aniruddh’s family is like a circus. Aniruddh gets angry hearing this. Siddharth tells Aniruddh to divorce Arshi when the latter is cheating. Mrinalini tells Siddharth to stay away from her family matters. Siddharth tells Aniruddh that one won’t be called a husband just because he is married.
