The episode starts with DJ tells Rani that he is very grateful to Soham for saving his baby’s life but he wants her to make a distance from Soham. Rani asks Dj about his friendship with Soham but Dj tells Rani to stay away from his matters with Soham. Ishaan calls Dj and he goes to discuss a surprise birthday for Rani. Dj asks Devu about Rani’s likes and dislikes. Devu shares a list with Ishaan and DJ while she engages Rani with her. Ishaan and DJ are excited for the birthday celebration.
Dj hears that Rani is yelling at the delivery boy for not delivering tiramisu ice cream and DJ decides that he will bring her the ice cream. Rani tells the ice cream name to Dj and she wants it immediately. Dj suggests Rani to take some orders of ice cream but Rani is desperate and she wants tiramisu only. Dj starts packing his bags and she tells Rani that he is going to Surat for a conference.
Rani tells DJ if he can shift his conference a day after tomorrow but actually it’s Dj’s plan to surprise Rani on her birthday. Rani gets irritated and she tells Devu that Dj is going to Surat. Devu tells Rani that she could stop Dj because it’s her birthday. Rani tells Devu why she will stop him.
Everyone gathers to eat mango and Alisha comes to meet them with prashad. Baa gets impressed with Alisha and tells her she wishes she was their bahu. Gayatri tells Baa that Rani is still in the house and Baa is not afraid of Rani. Alisha learns from Gayatri that this Saturday is Rani’s birthday and they are disturbing some gifts in the orphanage. Pinky and Alisha plan to interrupt the birthday celebration.
Niranjan misses his daughter a lot and he tells Priti that he used to wish her first on the birthday. Niranjan tells Priti that Rani is now someone’s wife and bahu and we must not disturb her. Priti tells Niranjan that Rani is very happy there and her sasural wale is taking care of her. Niranjan organised a puja for Rani and her child.
Rani and Devu start packing toys for children and just then Dj and Ishaan come with the decorations stuff. Devu tries to divert the attention of Rani so that Devu and Ishaan can do the decorations properly. Rani feels tired and she decides to go and sleep. Ishaan tells Dj that Rani is coming to her room to sleep and Rani feels suspicious. Rani asks Devu if she is hiding anything from her and she enters the room. Ishaan and Devu hide inside the room and they wait for Rani to sleep. Rani goes to sleep and they all start decorating the room. The decorations are completed and DJ waits for 12 am. Rani opens her eyes and she gets a shower with rose petals. Rani is surprised to see the decorations and DJ singing birthday songs for her. Rani is happy that Dj remembers her birthday and he has given her a big surprise. Dj expresses his love to Rani and he gives a tiramisu icecream to Rani. Dj lights the candle and tells Rani to cut the ice cream. Dj and Rani have fun and they share a beautiful moment together after a very long time. Meanwhile Alisha waits to destroy Rani’s happiness.
