The episode starts with Kusum arriving at Pratima’s house and seeing Pratima instructing a worker to welcome her guests warmly. Kusum remarks that the guests are receiving a grand welcome. Pratima replies that they must be connected somehow, which is why Kusum came. Just then, she sees Kapil arriving and is left stunned.
Meanwhile, Adit questions Sowmya about blocking both of Kusum’s cards without informing her, saying that Kusum was humiliated because of it. Sowmya responds that nothing is in her control after spending so much on him and his family. She adds that she’s not even meeting her own friends and tells him to stop making her feel guilty. Adit assures her he’s not blaming her and promises to find work soon to contribute to the household expenses. Sowmya jokes with him, saying she has a meeting and also plans to go to the pub.
The boys are surprised to see Ishana’s appearance. A senior asks what drinks they’d like. Ishana requests a soft drink. Some of the boys make comments about her, and soon they all head to the dance floor. The manager, suspicious that they might be underage, instructs an employee to check their ID cards. The employee approaches and asks Ishana and her friends for their identification. Ishana says they didn’t bring any but suggests calling her home to confirm she informed her family.
Adit calls Sowmya and asks if Ishana has reached home. Sowmya, on her way to a meeting, tells him not to make her feel like she doesn’t care about his children. Adit apologizes for misunderstanding her and ends the call. Her friends praise Sowmya for managing everything so well.
Outside the pub, Shanti and Lipika spot Ishana and are shocked by her outfit.
At the party, Pratima introduces Kusum to her son. She asks him if he chose Mangal’s dress. He replies that he doesn’t know.
Mangal arrives at the party wearing the outfit gifted by her colleagues. Pratima is delighted to see her and immediately wards off the evil eye.
Elsewhere, Sowmya sees Ishana and her friends. Shanti accuses Sowmya of spoiling Ishana just like herself. Sowmya rebukes her and says they have no right over Ishana. Shanti warns her that she won’t let her ruin Ishana’s life. Recalling how Shanti had insulted her in the past, Sowmya pushes her into muddy water, saying she’s just giving her a taste of her own medicine.
Pratima compliments Mangal, saying she looks wonderful. On the other side, Kusum tells Kapil that someone special must have arrived, seeing Pratima’s reaction. Kapil agrees, saying she’s very special to his mother. He then excuses himself to greet other guests. Pratima brings Mangal to meet her friend Kusum.
