The episode begins with Sowmya getting ready. She receives a call from Akshat’s school. The principal informs her that Akshat’s mother, Mangal, visited him. Sowmya is shocked. She angrily questions how the school could allow anyone near Akshat and threatens to leave negative reviews. She instructs the principal not to let Mangal near Akshat again. The principal agrees and ends the call. Sowmya thinks to herself that she will never allow Mangal back into Adit’s life.
At the school, the principal stops Mangal from taking Akshat, telling her she has no legal rights. Security guards surround them. Mangal insists she is Akshat’s mother. The principal explains that Akshat’s father instructed them not to allow anyone to meet him apart from those on an approved list, and they cannot risk his safety. Mangal argues that her son is unhappy there. A teacher claims Akshat has mental health issues and says they’ve received strict instructions not to let anyone else meet him. Mangal refuses to accept this, insisting her child is fine and warning them not to label him. She says the school failed to take care of her son, and declares she will take him with her. The principal asks her to get Adit’s permission if she wants to take Akshat. Akshat hugs Mangal and cries. As Mangal tries to take him, the staff forcefully separates them. The principal warns Mangal that they will call the police if she doesn’t leave and then throws her out of the school.
Elsewhere, Sowmya bumps into the house help, Kamala. She instructs her not to throw away old vegetables but to use them to cook curries for Kusum, while preparing fresh food for herself. Kusum arrives and asks what’s going on. Sowmya calmly tells her to rest and takes her to her room, thinking she must keep Mangal away from Kusum. She decides to inform Adit about Mangal’s visit to the school.
Outside the school, Mangal regrets leaving her children with Adit. She overhears a teacher telling a story to the students—about how Goddess Parvati protected Lord Ganesha. The teacher says, “A mother can do anything for her child.” Inspired, Mangal resolves to do whatever it takes for Akshat. A storm-like weather brews as the teacher ends the class.
Back home, Sowmya is worried as Adit isn’t answering her calls. Kamala comments that the sudden change in weather might be a sign that something big is about to happen. Sowmya dismisses her and tells her to get back to work.
Mangal arrives at the Saxena house, thinking about how she was wrongly accused of Sudesh’s death. She rings the doorbell. A worker opens the door and asks who she is. Mangal calmly tells her, “Go inform your madam that Mangal is here.” Sowmya is stunned to hear this.
The episode begins with Jia informing Karthik’s family that Lakshmi has died in jail, leaving everyone in shock. Karthik breaks down, shouting Lakshmi’s name and collapsing in tears. Gayatri and Umesh ask Jia to stop talking nonsense. Jia tells them that the jailer called and informed her that Lakshmi died in a blast at the police station. Gayatri and Umesh begin to cry, and Jia urges them to control themselves.
Karthik suddenly hears Lakshmi calling his name. Just as he’s about to hug her, she vanishes, and he breaks down again. Jia places a garland on Lakshmi’s photo and lights diyas, asking the family to stay strong.
Later, Karthik returns home and cries upon seeing Lakshmi’s photo. He enters Jia’s room with a gun and points it at her. Jia wakes up and pleads with Karthik to drop the weapon. Karthik, filled with rage, shoots her, saying he won’t spare her as she snatched his life—his Maha Lakshmi. Jia begs for forgiveness, but Karthik refuses and shoots her in the forehead, killing her.
Suddenly, Karthik wakes up—it was just a nightmare. He finds Jia peacefully sleeping. Jia wakes up and asks what he’s doing outside her room in the middle of the night. She gives him a glass of water and asks if he’s disturbed by the news about Lakshmi. She adds that Lakshmi did wrong, and that’s why God punished her. Karthik controls his anger and says that bad people always meet a bad end.
Later, Jia receives a call and goes to meet Mona. Mona tells her that Karthik was at the station when Lakshmi died, and prisoners claimed he had visited her before. Jia starts suspecting that Karthik may have regained his memory.
Meanwhile, Karthik gets a call and goes to a secluded place where he finds Lakshmi alive. Overwhelmed, he hugs her and asks if she’s really alive. Lakshmi says it was Maa Rani’s blessings that saved her from the blast. Karthik takes her to a secret location, gives her his shirt, and applies ointment to her wounds. Mohe Mohe Dhaage plays in the background.
