The episode starts with Hasmukh telling the Chawl residents that Rashi is having an affair with Arjun, who is the son of Shambu Shikawat. He comments on Pushpa, saying that she is going to become Shambu’s in-law. Dilip arrives and beats up Hasmukh with a stick. Juggal and Ashwin pull Dilip back. Juggal asks Dilip to calm down. Dilip warns Hasmukh not to take Pushpa and Rashi’s names with his dirty mouth. Juggal asks Hasmukh to leave. Hasmukh refuses, saying he knows they’re up to something, and continues to comment on Pushpa’s family. Hearing this, Ashwin and Chirag beat up Hasmukh for his rude remarks. The Chawl residents separate them.
Meanwhile, Shambu argues with Arjun for breaking the factory model. Arjun tells Shambu that he had to do it to save his love. Shambu asks what about the factory. Arjun questions whether Shambu even cares about his feelings. Shambu retorts by asking what Arjun would say if he asked him the same thing. He reminds Arjun that he never helped with the business and criticizes him. Arjun replies that all he knows is Shambu is making 200 people homeless to build his factory. He questions why Shambu is doing this. Shambu replies that constructing the factory there is profitable. Arjun says he loves Rashi and wants to be with her. Shambu mocks Arjun and tells him he won’t be able to stop the construction.
Arjun receives a call from Pushpa, asking him to come and meet her.
Arjun goes to see Pushpa. She tells him to forget about Rashi and says it’s not going to happen. Arjun clarifies that he doesn’t know what Shambu is doing and insists he’s not a part of it. He asks Pushpa to believe him and promises to do everything he can to stop the demolition of the Chawl. Pushpa agrees but adds that stopping the demolition doesn’t mean he will get Rashi and asks him to understand that. Arjun agrees.
Dilip brings good news to Pushpa, saying a builder is ready to offer Kadambari more money than Shambu. He adds that the new builder plans to construct both residential and commercial flats and make a profit. Dilip sees Pushpa lost in thought and asks what she’s thinking. Pushpa says Juggal met Kadambari and has been disturbed ever since. She suspects Juggal is hiding something from her.
Dilip meets Kadambari and tells her he has a better deal. He says a builder is offering more money than Shambu and asks her to cancel her deal with Shambu and consider this new one. Kadambari says she usually doesn’t back out after giving her word, but this time she will—for her own profit. She reveals she made an offer to Juggal and will cancel the deal only if he accepts it. When Dilip asks what the offer is, Kadambari tells him to ask Juggal.
Arjun consults a lawyer to find out if there’s a way to get a stay order indirectly. The lawyer says it’s possible if they can prove in court that the deal is illegal. Arjun thanks the lawyer in his heart for showing him the way and leaves.
