The episode begins with Lakshmi noticing Karthik’s bandaged hand. She asks how he got injured. Karthik brushes it off, saying it’s a minor injury and adds, “I’m just waiting for everything to settle down, then we can live happily.” Lakshmi hugs him and assures him that day will come. She tells him that she’s waiting for the postmortem report to prove her innocence and to expose the truth.
Meanwhile, Jia calls Karthik and asks where he is. Karthik lies, saying he’s busy with a recording and tells her to sleep before abruptly ending the call. Jia, suspicious, notices the studio is empty and realizes that Karthik lied to her. She tries to check his location but finds that it is turned off.
Lakshmi warns Karthik that Jia might try to track his location. He replies that he has already disabled it. Lakshmi urges him to return home before Jia grows more suspicious. Karthik arrives home early in the morning. Gayatri confronts him, asking where he was all night. Karthik repeats his excuse about being busy with recording, but Gayatri doesn’t believe him. She tells him not to lie and asks him to swear on her. She directly asks if he has regained his memory. Karthik hesitates, but Gayatri tells him she can see the change in him and urges him not to carry the burden alone. Karthik hugs her and admits that his memory has returned.
Gayatri asks why he didn’t tell them earlier. Karthik explains that Jia made his life miserable and that Lakshmi supported him through everything, which helped him recall his past. He says Lakshmi is now helping him expose Jia. When Gayatri asks if Lakshmi is safe, Karthik assures her that she is in a secret location and pleads with her not to let Jia know anything. However, it appears that Gayatri might already be on a call with Jia.
Jia, meanwhile, is shown stopping her car, thinking to herself that Karthik and Lakshmi are planning revenge against her. She feels relieved that she had threatened Gayatri earlier and discovered the truth before Karthik returned home. She now plans to trap both Karthik and Lakshmi.
Lakshmi, waiting for Karthik, thinks about retrieving the postmortem report from the hospital. She tries calling him, but the call gets disconnected. Suddenly, she receives a message from an unknown number asking her to meet at the hospital. Lakshmi covers her face and heads out.
At Karthik’s house, Jia storms in, furious. Gayatri tries to calm her down, promising that everything will be fine. Jia, however, is livid and tells Gayatri to stop giving her false hopes. She reveals that Karthik’s memory has returned and that he’s planning revenge. She threatens to teach him a lesson. Gayatri pleads with her to leave Karthik alone and says she’ll talk to him, but Jia pushes her and leaves angrily.
Lakshmi arrives at the hospital and waits for Karthik. Thinking of how to retrieve the report, she disguises herself as a nurse, wearing a mask to conceal her identity. She sneaks into the morgue and begins searching for Radha’s body.
Meanwhile, Gayatri and Sanjana knock Jia unconscious from behind and lock her in a room. Lakshmi makes her way into the file room, searching for the postmortem report. Jia regains consciousness and starts banging on the door, yelling at them to let her out. Lakshmi finds the file and starts reading it. Gayatri instructs Sanjana not to let Jia escape until Karthik and Lakshmi can expose her.
Jia screams threats from inside the room, vowing to ruin them and make Karthik hers. Suddenly, Gayatri and Sanjana see blood seeping from under the door. Panicking, they open it—only to discover it’s paint. Jia tricks them, locks them inside, and escapes.
Lakshmi hears someone entering the file room and becomes frightened.
