The episode begins with Alka going to the Nepal border camp. Arjun and Megha come there. Arjun asks Alka what she is doing there. Megha asks Alka why the latter did not come to the place where they decided to meet. She asks whether Alka has any other plan. The officer asks Alka about papers. Alka tells him she doesn’t have papers, and her baby has been vomiting blood since morning. Arjun and Megha get shocked hearing this. Arjun notices that it’s a medical camp. The officer asks Alka about the baby’s medical history. Megha takes the baby from Alka. She tells the officer that that’s her baby. She recalls how the doctor told her about bone marrow transplants.
Alka tells Arjun that she left the house to reach the place they decided to meet but noticed the baby was vomiting blood, so she came there to meet the doctor. Arjun tells Megha that God did not want them to leave Bandipur. He reminds Megha that they need Manoj to save the baby. Alka gets confused hearing this and asks him what he is saying. Arjun tells her they need Manoj’s bone marrow to save the baby, but surgery can’t happen until the baby turns 8. Alka asks him whether they can’t leave the Bandipur for 8 years. Megha asks Arjun why this is happening with the baby and cries. Arjun hugs Megha. The officer tells them to take the baby to the doctor.
Manoj learns that Alka, Megha, and Arjun are in the Nepal border medical camp with the baby. After some time, Manoj plays with his baby. Alka tells him that the baby vomited blood, so she took the baby to the doctor. She says Arjun and Megha came there.
Megha tells Manoj that their fight won’t end, but they should not let the baby suffer. She asks Manoj to forget the enmity and save the baby. Arjun tells Manoj that the baby needs the doctor’s treatment. Megha tells Manoj that they should forget the fight for 8 years. She says they should do the upbringing of the baby together. Manoj agrees with Megha. He tells Megha that they are parents and Alka is his wife, so he can’t leave Alka, but Arjun should go. Arjun says Baby is important for him, so he will go. Megha tells him he can’t go anywhere.
Manoj reveals Arjun should go to KP. He says Arjun’s punishment is death, and Megha will punish Arjun. Megha gets shocked hearing this. She asks Manoj whether he has become mad. Manoj reminds Megha that she did not feed the baby for Arjun. He tells Megha they can’t become good parents if Arjun is alive then. He leaves from there.
Megha tells Arjun that they should escape today. Arjun tells her they can’t do that and looks at the baby. Megha tells him she can’t see him die. She says they should think about a plan to escape. She hugs Arjun and tells him they can’t lose and no one can separate them. Arjun tells Megha that the baby needs Manoj to survive. Later, Manoj tells Megha to hang Arjun.
