Ghum Hai Kisi key Pyaar Meiin 8th May 2025 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode begins with Savi getting ready for her duty. As she prepares, she reflects on her moments with Rajat and says to herself that she will catch the real culprit and prove that Rajat was innocent. Meanwhile, the inspector calls Neil and informs him that ACP Manjrekar has summoned him to the station. Savi receives the same message.
Savi notices Bhagyashree crying while holding Rajat’s photo. When Bhagyashree asks where she’s going, Savi replies that she is heading to work. Tara and Bhagyashree criticize her, saying she doesn’t care about Rajat’s death. Savi calmly responds that she wants to catch Rajat’s murderer. However, Bhagyashree accuses her of being responsible for his death and says that going to work is disrespectful to Rajat. She tells Savi to stay at home and take care of the children. Tara locks the door and announces that Savi cannot go outside until Rajat’s tervi ceremony is completed.
Ridhi comes out of her room and questions why they are stopping Savi from fulfilling her duty. Tara warns Ridhi not to support Savi, saying she will soon witness Savi’s dark side. Savi tells Bhagyashree that Rajat’s character is being questioned by the media, and she will restore his dignity by proving his innocence. Ridhi then plays a video showing Rajat and Teju’s alleged affair. Savi says that people can say whatever they want about her, but she will not allow Kian and Sai to be exposed to such things. She vows to prove Rajat’s innocence and catch the real killer. Ridhi demands that Tara hand over the keys and allow Savi to do her job. She takes the keys and unlocks the door.
At the police station, media personnel surround Savi with questions, asking if she had prior knowledge of Rajat and Teju’s alleged affair and whether she can conduct the investigation impartially. Savi asks them to stop assassinating the characters of the deceased and reminds them that they are investigating the murders of two people. She walks to her cabin, disturbed by the accusations.
An inspector notices Savi crying and comments to a constable that Savi was so occupied with her duty that her husband had an affair to seek satisfaction. He remarks that this is why women shouldn’t work. Savi overhears this and confronts them, saying if their jokes are over, they should hand over the case details. The inspector informs her that she will not be handling this case. ACP Manjrekar watches the scene through CCTV and smiles.
When Savi asks for clarification, the inspector tells her that, since the case is related to her husband, she is also under suspicion. During the interrogation, the inspector asks Savi if she knew Rajat went to that secluded place. She says no. He tells her this proves she didn’t know everything about her husband and questions whether Rajat had any affairs. Savi demands that he stop referring to it as an affair and reminds him that two people have died. The inspector insists that the circumstances suggest otherwise. Savi defends Rajat, suggesting that perhaps the girl followed him or had some personal motive.
Neil, enraged, steps in and warns Savi to speak respectfully about his wife. He says she is wrong to speak that way and insists that his wife could never do anything immoral. Savi responds that Rajat loved her deeply and would never betray her. Neil reveals that he and Teju had been in love for three months, and the time he spent with her means everything to him. He says his wife was innocent. Savi replies that Rajat gave up many things for her and did nothing wrong, and she will prove it. Neil declares that he will also prove Teju’s innocence.
Savi scolds the constable for letting Neil interrupt the investigation. Just then, ACP Manjrekar enters and reprimands them for arguing. He pulls Savi aside and tells her that, since she is emotionally involved, she cannot investigate her husband’s death. He states that there is a conflict of interest and officially removes her from the case. He reminds her that this is an order, not a request. Savi remains silent.
Later, ACP Nitin Manjrekar meets Neil and continues the investigation in his office. He introduces Lakshmi to Neil. Neil is surprised and asks what she is doing there. Nitin explains that Mukta is unfit to conduct the investigation and that Lakshmi was questioned. During their investigation, they learned that Neil had sent Teju away from home a month ago after suspecting her character. Neil denies the accusation, saying he only sent her away to protect her from the family’s judgment.
Nitin counters by saying they have information that Teju had gone to Neil’s brother’s room at night, which led to her being ousted from the house. Neil protests and tells Nitin to stop speaking cheaply about his wife. He urges the team to find out who murdered Teju and why she was with Rajat, instead of tarnishing her reputation. Nitin points out that Neil’s words and actions don’t align. He suggests that perhaps something developed between Rajat and Teju during the past month, a time Neil knows little about. As Neil is about to respond angrily, Lakshmi intervenes, telling him that this is not the time to argue.
Episode ends.
Precap: Vakti presents new evidence. Savi notices that it’s a guitar plectrum. Vakti points out that neither Teju nor Rajat owned a guitar. Savi resolves to uncover the truth.
