Colors TV’s Mangal Lakshmi – Lakshmi Ka Safar continues with a gripping and emotional storyline.Karthik heroically saves Lakshmi and Gayatri from a violent mob and brings a visibly shaken Gayatri home. While Umesh and Nidhi are emotional, Sanjana questions whether Gayatri deserves forgiveness.
Lakshmi urges the family to support her, and Karthik agrees. Later, overwhelmed with guilt, Karthik vents his frustration, injures himself, and accidentally hits Lakshmi. She calms him down and encourages him to stand by Gayatri in her recovery.Lakshmi tries to lift Gayatri’s spirits with Mother’s Day gifts from Karthik, but Gayatri angrily rejects them and storms out.
Karthik blames Lakshmi for upsetting her and goes after her. Meanwhile, a distressed Gayatri accidentally hits Jia with her car. The police arrest her, and the family is shocked to learn that Jia has sustained a serious head injury.
Prema refuses to intervene, but Karthik and Lakshmi decide to help Jia, even as Lakshmi suspects it could be another one of Jia’s manipulations.Later, Jia begins acting like a child in front of Karthik and his family, raising suspicions.
The doctor informs the Nigam family that Jia has lost her memory due to the accident. While Karthik feels responsible and insists they cannot abandon her, Lakshmi reminds him of Jia’s past schemes.
