The episode starts with the proceccusion and Mr Bhatt calls Aai on the witness desk to state the story of Rani and Dhwani. Rani tells Aai not to worry and speak the truth. Mr Bhatt asks Rani who she knows Rani and Dhwani and Aai replies that she helps Rani because of the humanity. Aai tells Mr Bhatt that she meet Rani in the temple and it was a rainy night. Aai tells Mr Bhatt that Rani delivered the child in the temple and with the help of some women she able to deliver the child in the guidance of Rani. Mr Bhatt tells the Judge that Rani is an irresponsible mother and Aai tells Mr Bhatt that he is totally wrong. Mr Bhatt tells the Judge that there are lots of safety measures to be taken while pregnancy and he hand over the report to the judge when Rani tries to abort the child. Rani tries to justify the judge but the lawyer stops her and tells her that he will counter this question later.
Rani’s lawyer calls Rani in the witness desk to clarify why she left the studies and Rani explain them about a delivery when she did in her first year. The lawyer proves Rani a responsible doctor and she is a suitable doctor for her child. The lawyer tells Judge that before the qualified doctor Aaya use to do the delivery and he tells the Judge that Mr Bhatt is accusing her client. The Judge asks Mr Bhatt if he have any questions and Mr Bhatt asks Rani how she manages the expenses of her child when she was in Mumbai. Rani tells the lawyer that she sold her gold jewellery which was given her by father and through this she manages her child then she works as a delivery executive. Rani tells the lawyer that she also join the nursing institute to support her family and the lawyer starts raising questions on her earnings. Rani tells the lawyer that her daughter goes to school because of her earnings not of anyone and she asks the lawyer does Anisha pays the school fees of his children.
Mr Bhatt tells Rani that his children studies because of his earnings and Rani does it for tat with the lawyer. Mr Bhatt calls Digvijay to asks his financial status and he demands the judge to give the custody to Digvijay so that Dwani gets a proper life. Dwani tells Rani that she will stay with her not with Doctor uncle. Rani’s lawyer tells the judge that Dwani doesn’t to stay with Digvijay and Rani deserves the custody of Dwani but Mr Bhatt is determined to win the case. Mr Bhatt calls Pooja Patel the daycare teacher to clarify that she lied to Digvijay about Rani and Dwani because Rani told her not to tell anyone. Anisha doesn’t want to win the case and Mr Bhatt is continuing bringing the proof which can lead them to win the case. Mr Bhatt tells Judge that Digvijay doesn’t know that Dwani is her daughter and everyone hide from him.
Mr Bhatt tells the court that Rani doesn’t care of Dhwani and he show the report to the judge in which it’s mentioned that Dwani is suffering from an eye issue. Rani’s lawyer tells the judge that Rani has registered a surgery in a big eye care camp and soon she will be given proper treatment. The judge asks Dwani to come because she wants to talk to her and Rani gives hope to Dwani but Mr Bhatt try to defame Rani. The Judge tells Mr Bhatt not to make any statement against Rani and Dwani tells the Judge that she wants to stay with her mother because she care her alot. Dwani tells judge that her mother is the best and she is more than like a father. The judge listen the closing statement of Dwani and the judge tells that Dwani can’t be separated from Rani and Rani is a capable mother but the judge takes the decision that Dwani will have to stay with Digvijay and Rani together in the same house. The judge announces once Dwani gets well then she will announce the final verdict. Anisha is shocked.
