The episode starts with Doree and Maan believing they are surrounded by the police as they hear the sound of dogs barking. Sattu appears in front of them and ends his phone call. Doree asks Sattu who would set a ringtone of dogs barking. Sattu comments on how he brought them food and water while hiding from the police, and now Doree is scolding him. He reminds her that he’s always there when she’s in trouble. Maan also comments on Sattu. Doree thanks Sattu for the food and asks him to take care of Maan. She then leaves.
Meanwhile, the police arrive at the Thakur mansion and question the Thakur family about Maan’s whereabouts. Shortly after, Doree returns to the mansion.
The police inform Doree that Maan has escaped from custody. Doree pretends not to know anything. When asked where she was the previous night, Doree replies that she went to the Sankatamayya temple to pray for Maan. The police show her CCTV footage from the temple to verify her claim.
The footage confirms Doree’s presence at the temple. A flashback reveals Pushpa had called Doree to inform her that the police were at the Thakur mansion. Sattu, sensing danger for Doree, requested the temple priest’s help and created a fake video showing Doree in the temple for two hours. He informs Doree that the video will make the police believe she was at the temple during the time Maan escaped.
The police instruct the Thakur family to inform them if they receive any information about Maan and leave.
Maan, meanwhile, begins to suspect that something is off about the murder. He smells the blood on his hands and realizes it’s fake. He immediately calls Doree and tells her. Doree, hearing this, thinks that if the blood is fake, the murder might be fake too.
Doree sneaks into Kailashi Devi’s room but hides in the almirah when she sees Kailashi Devi entering. Kailashi Devi hears a sound from the almirah and goes to check, but gets a phone call and leaves. Doree steps out and notices a medicine that has fallen. She looks it up online and realizes what it is. She calls Maan and tells him the murder is fake. She explains that she found medicine that slows down heart rate and that she needs to go to the morgue to check Anand Thakur’s body to confirm her suspicion. Maan warns her it’s risky, but Doree insists and heads to the morgue.
Meanwhile, Rajnandini impersonates Doree over the phone and calls Pushpa, asking her to take food to Maan, pretending she’s too busy. Pushpa agrees, thinking it’s Doree, while Rajnandini plans to follow her to locate Maan.
Doree arrives at the hospital to look for Anand Thakur’s body. Kailashi Devi also comes to the hospital and bribes a police inspector, instructing him to tell anyone who asks that Anand Thakur’s body has already been cremated. He agrees and leaves. Kailashi Devi plans to revive Anand Thakur using medicine. Doree sees police officers outside the morgue.
