The episode starts with Rani decides to share the video to Digvijay to expose Anisha but Rani needs more proof do that Anisha do not play any tactics and Rani’s phone start draining. Dwani is doing her homework and the table lamp start fluctuating. Dwani calls her Matarani because she can’t see properly and Rani rush to see her. Digvijay also come to see Dwani and Rani explains Digvijay about Dwani’s problem. Digvijay rush to take the eye drops for Dwani and Naryani, Anisha, Pinky also gathers in the room. Digvijay puts the eye drop on Dwani’s eye and Dwani now can see properly. Dwani asks Digvijay why he is scared when he is a doctor and Digvijay tells her that she is his daughter before a patient. Dwani tells Digvijay not to worry because she is absolutely fine now and Digvijay kiss her. Dwani is happy to see her parents with her which makes Anisha more jealous.
Pinky tells Anisha that their hard work has wasted because mother and daughter has controlled Digvijay. Anisha gets annoyed and she rush to her hospital. Pinky tries to stop her but she rush in a hurry. Rani charge her phone on a disturb electric switch.
Everyone gather on breakfast table and Digvijay asks Pinky where is Anisha and she starts taunting her that Anisha has now become guest in this house who supported him for five year this makes Digvijay more annoyed and he tells her to stop interfering in someone’s personal life because if Anisha wants to say him something then she can directly come to her and suggest her stop
becoming a messanger. Digvijay tells everyone that his priority is his daughter and he will not give the explanation to anyone. Dwani tells Rani that she doesn’t like that Anisha and she wants to leave the house immediately.
Anisha gets angry on the nurses because of their negligence someone has the video footage of the dealing and the mask girl tells them she will viral the video. Anisha decides to see the video footage but the footage goes missing. Anisha learn from security that the camera got damaged in the rain. Anisha is desperate to know why the mask girl is after her and how she knows the fact.
Dwani tells Rani that yesterday night Digvijay made her pizza and she wants her mother and father forever then they will have fun,eat and enjoy for the whole life. Devu train Dwani so that she tells everyone that she wants her mother and father. Dwani promise to do according to Devu and Ishaan. Dwani tells Devu that now her mother will be happy and she tells Pinky not to yell at her mother. Rani tells Dwani not to say anything to anyone. Pinky tells Naryani that Rani has taught her daughter and Rani tells Pinky that she doesn’t want to stay with Digvijay under one roof. Suddenly Rani learns that the smoke is coming out of the room and she rush to take the phone to service centre because the videos are in the phone.
Mr Bhalla inform Digvijay that the profits are low and Digvijay learns that some pending bills are due. Digvijay asks Mr Bhalla to show the bills and he send him to recheck. Digvijay tells Mr Bhalla that he wants the whole detail report and now Mr Bhalla wants to inform Anisha that Digvijay is wanting the detail report. Rani sees that a police are inquiring about her and they placed an undercover officer to keep an eye on Rani. The officer starts surveillance on Rani and he starts cross questioning Rani about the last night incident but Rani tells him that she don’t know anything. The officer decides to check the register.
Mr Bhalla inform Anisha that Digvijay was angry on him and Anisha tells him to make fake bills or take a leave for few days. Anisha thinks that Rani has become a big problem for her and she wants to confirm that Rani is a mask girl then Rani will be in jail and Dwani will return back to Rajkot.
Rani thinks that Anisha has started doubting her and she learns that Shrishti and Geeta are on leave it means Anisha wants the nurses to stay away from the hospital. Anisha gets an idea to see the hostel footage in which she can see Rani is the mask girl or not. Meanwhile Rani gets to know about more evil plan of Anisha and she learns that Anisha is dealing with organ racket. Anisha sees the video footage in which she sees that Rani is entering and exiting the hostel normally. Rani needs a password to know the detail report and she starts searching each and every report. Rani learns that Anisha has referred each and every organ transplant. Rani thinks that why Anisha is doing so even if she love Digvijay and slowly slowly she gets to know that Anisha is behind Mr Bajaj’s death. Rani calls Dr Akash to get the information of Mr Bajaj’s death but the doctor disconnected the call and switch off the phone.

Precap- Anisha plans to deliver a fake box through Geeta and Rani gets a letter in which it’s mentioned that Anisha is responsible for Mr Bajaj’s death.
