The episode begins with Savi receiving a parcel that contains Ridhi’s scarf, partially burned. She breaks down in tears. Soon after, she receives a video in which Ridhi begs Savi to save her by fulfilling the kidnapper’s demands. Savi promises to rescue her.
Just then, Maruti calls Savi and asks if she saw Ridhi’s condition. He taunts her, saying she hasn’t changed even after watching the video. Savi warns him not to harm Ridhi. Maruti threatens her, saying if she dares to act smart or inform anyone, Ridhi will be murdered and Savi will receive her body parts. He then disconnects the call.
Nithin Majnekar enters and confronts Savi, accusing her of coming to the Commissioner to complain about him. He confidently says the Commissioner won’t believe her, as he holds a solid image in the department. He mocks her, saying she can’t compete with him and will realize it when her suspension turns into termination. He also warns that she’ll lose her residence and sarcastically asks if she received her salary. When Savi connects the dots and accuses him of stopping it, he shifts focus to the box in her hands. Savi sternly asks him to stay away from her matters. Majnekar warns her not to interfere in Rajat’s case and leaves.
Meanwhile, Srichand watches Ridhi’s torture video sent by Maruti and praises the work. He casually tells Rajat’s family that he was looking at some office-related matter. On a call, Chirag learns from his friends that Ridhi hasn’t reached the hostel yet. He informs Bhagyashree, who becomes worried.
Sai calls Neil, asking how she can send her drawing and letter to her aunt. Neil advises her to take photos and email them. Sai thanks him and shares her plan to visit Ridhi Bua in the US, asking if he’ll accompany her. Neil is surprised but says yes when Sai says she trusts him. She asks if he misses her, and Neil admits he does. Sai asks if he also misses his “Pookie,” and he again says yes. Sai tells him she’s going to send the email from her mom’s laptop and ends the call. Neil reflects on how pain has connected him and Sai, and he misses Teju.
Bhagyashree, anxious and in tears over Ridhi’s disappearance, is comforted by Tara, Aniket, and Chirag. As Chirag tries calling his friend again, Savi arrives and tells them there’s no need to call anyone. Bhagyashree expresses her fear about Ridhi’s safety. To ease the tension, Savi lies and says Ridhi is safe and staying at Srichand’s hotel. She asks Srichand to back her up. Bhagyashree is relieved and thanks Srichand, saying she would’ve collapsed from worry otherwise. She then complains that Savi never tells her anything. Savi apologizes. She then invites Srichand and Chirag to have dinner with them. They agree, and later, Savi quietly slips away.
Savi enters a room and watches the video again where Ridhi pleads with her to follow the kidnapper’s instructions, or else they will kill her. Srichand walks in and asks if he can talk. Savi allows him. He confronts her, pointing out that they both know Ridhi is not at his hotel in the USA. Savi covers up, saying Ridhi went on a 10-day retreat to recover from the trauma of Rajat’s death. When asked why she didn’t inform Bhagyashree, Savi replies that she feared Bhagyashree wouldn’t be able to handle the truth. Srichand, in his mind, admires Savi for her presence of mind and commitment, thinking that if she didn’t even reveal the truth to him, she won’t tell anyone else. He quietly leaves.
Later, Sai brings her drawing and letter to Savi, requesting her to email them to Ridhi. Savi thinks silently about Ridhi.
Srichand then speaks to Maruti on the phone, saying that Savi will definitely agree to their demands, as he just saw how desperate she is. Maruti agrees with him.
Maruti calls Savi again. Savi tells him she is ready to do whatever he asks.
