The episode begins with Heer calls Megha and asks whether the latter is with Kabir. Megha replies she is not with Kabir. She informs Heer how she admitted the lady from the past. Heer asks whether that lady is really from the past. Megha says she is sure, and she wants to apologize to that lady’s son. Heer says someone died, so Megha won’t get forgiveness easily. Megha says she won’t lose this chance. Heer says Megha was eight years old at that time, so it was not Megha’s mistake. Megha says she can’t forget how that boy blamed her. She adds she can’t live with guilt. Heer says Megha’s future will be ruined if she tries to bring up the past then. Megha says she will apologize to that boy for sure and disconnect the call.
Megha goes to that lady’s room. She sees her bracelet and recalls the past. She gets shocked seeing Kabir with her bracelet. Kabir turns around and sees Megha. Megha realizes Kabir lost his father because of her. Kabir asks her whether she followed him. He says this is his personal matter, and he won’t tell anyone about it. The doctor comes there and tells Kabir that Megha saved the latter’s mother. He leaves from there.
Kabir hugs Megha for saving his mother. He tells thanks to her. Megha tells him she wants to talk to him about something important. Kabir’s mother’s condition worsened. The doctor starts treating Kabir’s mother. Kabir asks the doctor whether his mother is fine. The doctor replies Kabir’s mother is better now and leaves from there. Kabir asks his mother why she left in this condition and cries holding her hand. Megha recalls the moments she spent with her mother and cries.
After some time, Megha reaches her house. Heer asks Megha what happened. Megha says she doesn’t have anyone except Heer. She adds Kabir doesn’t have anyone else except his mother because of them. Heer says that’s past and they can’t do anything. She asks whether Megha told the truth to him. Megha says she tried to tell the truth to him but did not. She adds she will tell the truth to Kabir when he returns. Heer says Manoj is there. Megha says she has to talk to Kabir.
In the hospital, Kabir recalls how the doctor told him Megha saved his mother. He tells himself that Megha is a beautiful and pure-hearted person. Megha calls Kabir and tells him she wants to tell him something important. She asks him to meet her somewhere outside. Kabir agrees to meet her. He asks her whether she is fine. Megha replies she is not fine, and she wants to clear something. She asks him whether his mother is fine. Kabir replies his mother is fine. He tells the location to her.
Megha’s family hears everything. Jasleen scolds Megha. Megha’s family tells Megha not to ruin everything. Megha asks them to let Kabir decide if he wants to forgive them or not.
