The episode starts with Anisha telling Digvijay and Rani that she will make their 2nd marriage memorable and they will not forget for their whole life.
Anisha’s helper tells the nurse not to remove the blanket while he is coming from a tea break. The senior officer tells the junior to keep an eye on Anisha because they can take Anisha in this condition and Anisha starts screaming that she will not leave Rani.
Anisha shows the picture of venues and Anisha starts getting calls from her helper. Rani tells Digvijay not to waste the money but Ishaan and Devu want to enjoy their marriage. Devu’s throat starts burning and Ishaan gives her water.
Devu selects a theme for Rani’s wedding and Digvijay holds Rani’s hand. Digvijay tells Rani if she doesn’t want to choose the theme then he is also fine and it’s important that they are together for their whole life. Anisha suggests Digvijay to set up the theme in the house and they can enjoy it. Anisha tells her to note down the requirements and Naryani wants the sangeet and mehndi today. Ishaan tells Naina to set up the theme today and Anisha learns from her helper that she will have to immediately reach the hospital but Anisha doesn’t want to go.
Devu is not feeling well and she asks Kanhaji to keep her fine. Naryani comes to the room and gives her the jewellery and clothes which she has kept for her Bahu. Rani doesn’t want to take it but Narayani requests Rani to accept it and tells her expectations for her Bahu. Rani hesitates but Naryani gets emotional and Rani calls her maa. Naryani starts crying when she hears the word maa from Rani and Naryani tells Rani that she is very happy. Narayani tells Rani that it’s her fault she never shows her love as a mother and Naryani chooses a jewellery for Rani.
Anisha keeps a jhoomar above the Digvijay and Rani overhead to kill them. Suddenly the police come to inquire about Rani and Digvijay and Anisha hides her face. The police tell Digvijay that the results are out and it doesn’t match with Rani. The police tells Digvijay that the dna is of a man who kept the clothes in the locker to divert the investigation. Digvijay tells the police that he always said to him that it’s not Rani and Anisha is upset that the test results are negative. Digvijay tells Rani to smile because everything is fine now and Naryani asks Naina to finish the work fast.
Rani gets ready and Digvijay comes to the room. Digvijay starts starring Rani and they share a special moment together. Rani tells Digvijay to go because if maa sees them she will be angry and Digvijay tells her that he is ready to get scolding. Digvijay kisses Rani and Dhwani comes to the room. Digvijay starts doing push ups and Dhwani also wants to get ready. Digvijay tells Dhwani that he will make her ready.
Anisha waits for the jhoomar to fall and Niranjan also joins the function. Rani and Digvijay come downstairs with Dhwani and Rani watches everything. Dhwani meets her nana and Dhwani wants to give them a surprise but Devu asks her to show up later. Naryani takes the aarti and tells them to sit together. Anisha gets jealous and the family members are enjoying the function. Anisha’s thoughts are evil and she wants to kill Rani.
