The episode starts with KT’s family feeling proud seeing KT’s picture in newspaper. KT comes there and they praise him. He starts having food but soon gets reminded of another work and starts leaving. His family member by mistake recalls a moment from his marriage and KT gets visibly disturbed.
Other family members glares at him. At an antique shop, Preeti is remodelling her old almirah. Soon she hears the shop owner playing KT’s video and gets surprised seeing him reciting her poem. The shop owner praises KT and says that he has given credit to the poem to someone else and wants to meet them.
Preeti smiles hearing it. Soon KT comes there and Preeti hides seeing him afraid of his advises and self praises. He notices the almirah and wants it at any cost but the owner says that it belongs to someone else.
KT leaves his card on the almirah asking the owner to contact him and he’s ready to buy the almirah at any cost. KT leaves and Preeti comes out of her hideout. She takes a rickshaw but KT identifies her. He understands that she hid away from him.
Tarun and Rati comes home and gets surprised seeing the classy almirah. They asked who sent the gift but Preeti says that it’s her who got it. They see the card on the almirah and realizes that it’s antique piece worth around 40k. Tarun asks why did she get it.
Preeti says she liked it but Tarun lashes out at her for only thinking about her wishes and asks how could she not worry about her children’s wishes. He says she could’ve used the money for car and says that his dad was right about her. He keeps badmouthing her and Preeti shuts him having had enough. She reveals that it’s the old almirah which he threw away considering it old and she just repaired it.
Saying so she leaves. She cries in her room when Rati comes there. She apologizes for Tarun’s behaviour and says that Tarun is stressed over the car for which half the down-payment is done but still couldn’t buy. Preeti asks if he’s really stressed out and Rati nods yes. Rati leaves while Preeti gets into thinking.
At Juhi’s House Kusum is admiring KT’s picture in newspaper and wishes to hang her picture with him too on wall. Her daughter shows the room filled with ancestors pictures and taunts where she will keep hers. Kusum scolds her and apologizes her ancestors. Sumedh finds Juhi upset and she says that she’s worried for mom.
Kusum suggests to invite their family home for dinner and Juhi gets happy. Kusum plays KT’s video and Juhi gets shocked seeing her mother’s poem. Preeti is lost in thoughts about how to buy the car. She recalls KT wishing to buy the almirah and calls him but soon cuts it in shy.
KT himself calls her back and she says about her wish to sell the almirah for 40k. They both discuss over it.
