The episode starts with Katha hiding her tears from Mohan, who urges her to take rest. Naina brings kada for Katha. Katha decides to make breakfast for Mohan, but due to weakness, she is unable to stand up, so Mohan and Naina advise her. Naina then tells Mohan and Katha that she prepared breakfast for Mohan. Mohan takes it from her, then leaves. Katha hope’s for their reunion. Naina asks Katha the reason behind her behaviour and her health condition. Just then, Prerna arrives there and expresses her worries for Katha. She further questions Katha for slapping UV. Naina gets shocked and questions Katha’s actions. Katha remains silent. Prerna saves Katha by lying to Naina about her statement. Naina gets convinced and then leaves. Katha, thanks, Prerna.
Katha questions Prerna’s hairstyle along with the bracelet she is wearing it. Prerna recalls Tammy giving her a bracelet saying someone like her, so she insists on Prerna to attend the party. She asks Prerna not to share this information about Katha. Prerna agrees. She lies to Katha about her bracelet. She then talks about the party, but Katha warns her not to attend it. Prerna refuses to listen to her and excitedly shares it with Naina about the party. Katha worries about Prerna’s safety.
At the college, UV and his cousin’s and friends dances to a song and enjoys the party. Prerna requests UV to take a selfie with him. Tammy fulfils her wish. UV tells Tammy that she doesn’t want anyone to mess up his party. Tammy assures him about it. She then asks Prerna to stop being desperate to know the one who has an interest in her. She also asks Prerna to attend the mask party in the evening but not to inform this to Katha. Prerna agrees. Tammy then asks two guys to execute their plan with Prerna. They agree and leave. Sandy then confronts Tammy, but the latter convinces him with her lies. UV asks his cousins and friends why Katha’s friend is attending the party. Sandy commands on Katha. UV then says to his cousins and friends not to take ghobar devi’s name nor talk about her for a day. They all agree.
In the evening, Mohan brings sweet boxes home and shares his plan with Vandana. Vandana reminds him about Katha’s strict rules. Hearing Katha’s voice, they both hide the sweet box. They both then convince Katha to allow them to have sweet for a day because the entire city is celebrating it. Katha agrees. She then gets shocked, realising that both Mohan and Vandana trapped her to convince, though they already brought sweet box home. She then goes to bring Naina from there.
Here, Naina firmly tells Tejas on call that she won’t return home. She then fears Tejas may harm her again. Katha gets worried about Naina, so she asks her the reason behind looking scared. Naina distracted her, then left. Prerna’s mother calls Katha and asks her to find Prerna because she isn’t answering the calls. Katha gets worried about Prerna’s safety. She realises Prerna went to attend the party. So she shares with her family and then leaves to the party. While UV and his cousins and friends enjoy the party. Tammy’s men spike Prerna’s drink. When Prerna felt dizzy, they took her from there. Katha arrives at the party and searches for Prerna.
Precap: Katha and UV get into a heated argument. Katha then sends UV to prison, so UV vows not to spare her.
