Episode starts with Isha being accused of trying to appease the PA with her beauty and mould him into her words and take advantage of him. Afterwards women like her go to people for help and play the victim game. Isha gets shocked hearing this and says she didn’t expect that she would be mistaken like this. PA’s wife says she doesn’t have time for her rubbish and asks her to come straight to the point and tell her how much money she needs to leave her husband and get up from the table. As she gets up, the waiter spills water over her hands and she makes a noise in pain. Isha gets to see a torture mark visible on the woman’s hand and realises the real scenario. She tells PA’s wife that now she knows why women like her don’t stand for others.
She says it’s because they don’t have the guts to stand for themselves so how would they stand for others. The woman says that just passing in these govt exams won’t do any good. Everybody has to cross the various bridges to this job and make a lot of compromises and sacrifices to get the job in hand for real. Isha asks how could she say all this so the woman says she is only showing her the reality. After leaving the place, Isha feels lost and worried due to Gayatri’s brainwashing and also the statement of PA’s wife. She calls Om and asks if there’s any good news. Om says nothing is happening and he will come back the next day. Isha feels even more disappointed and scared. She makes up her mind and goes to the PA’s office thinking of making a sacrifice for Om’s job. She goes to the PA’s place and knocks at the door. After she is allowed inside, the man gives a dirty smile and says finally the bird came to the cage by herself.
Isha is asked to close the door first. Then she is asked to apologise to him on her husband’s behalf too. Isha asks if Om would get the job after doing this looking very scared and uncomfortable. PA says her husband’s life would be made after this and she need not be worried since thousands come to him for this. She is asked to not waste time and turn off the room lights immediately since he can’t wait any further. Isha turns off the room lights being scared and thinking of Om. Next morning she comes back home and facing the mirror has a tough time thinking if she did wrong or right. Om comes back home with good news and feeds sweets to his parents showing his name in the list and saying that he finally got the job. Isha comes down so Om hugs her saying all of this could be possible due to her belief in him and feeds her sweets. Gayatri gets shocked hearing this but then she realises the real scenario and breaks the truth in front of everyone. She questions Isha where she had been the last night and asks if she had been to the PA’s place for OM’s good news. Om asks Isha the truth. Episode ends.
