The episode starts with an old lady joining Katha and UV’s hand, and she asks them to stay happy together forever. Both Katha and UV get shocked. One of the ladies praises Katha and UV the reason behind the other lady’s smile. Both UV and Katha take their hands back and turn around. They both get uncomfortable and then leave.
At Jindal’s house, Rukhmani and Shikha have a conversation about UV and Eshwar’s fight. Shikha suggests to Rukhmani to convince Eshwar to fix UV’s marriage. Rukhmani scolds her for always planning to fix someone’s marriage. Shikha explains to her that if UV gets a loving and caring partner, then his longing for mother’s love may lessen. Rukhmani thoughtfully looked on.
Meanwhile, Katha vents out her frustration with her diary about the statement of Navin and the lady from an old age home wondering what these signs are telling her. She says to herself that she has already made a mistake by trusting those signs about UV. She determinely says to herself that she won’t fall for this again. Vandana arrives there and tells her about the tree planting festival that’s going to take place at Mohit’s place. But she says both Mohan and Naina are busy, so they can’t able to attend the puja. Katha says if one of them from their family won’t attend the festival, then Mohit will get upset. She then says to Vandana that if the latter allows her, then she will attend the tree planting festival. Vandana approves it.
Back at Jindal’s house, Eshwar shares with God his agony about UV’s behaviour towards him and also his worries about UV’s well-being. He also says that he isn’t responsible for Sheetal’s decision to leave the house, so why is UV acting this way. He pleads with God to show him a way to make UV understand his love for him. Rukhmani arrives there and tells him she suffers the most whenever both him and UV get into an argument. She then suggests that they should fix UV’s marriage. Eshwar reminds her of UV’s decision to marry the person his mother chooses for him. Rukhmani tells Eshwar that once UV gets married to a loving and caring partner, his pain may lessen. Eshwar tells her no one will give their daughter to UV because everyone in this city knows whatever happened in recent days. But Rukhmani persuades him to find a girl anyway. She also reminds him about the tree planting festival and says that during the puja, she will seek God to fulfil her wish. She hope’s they will return home finding a girl for UV. UV’s cousin’s overhears their conversation, and they decide to inform it to UV.
Here, Katha reaches the tree planting festival. She hears Mohit’s frustration about the lack of staff to make arrangements for the puja. Katha assures him to manage everything. Meanwhile, UV tells his cousins that he knows finding his mother isn’t easy. The previous day, he got over excited, so he was disappointed. He then gets shocked learning about Eshwar and Rukhmani’s decision to fix his marriage through his cousins. He angrily leaves to confront them.
Later, UV reaches the tree planting festival and confronts Eshwar about his plan to fix his marriage. He firmly tells that he will marry a person whom his mother chooses for him. Eshwar mocks him and demands to obey him. Rukhmani scolds both of them. She then insists UV to accompany them to the puja. UV refuses and leaves. Rukhmani prays God to fulfil both UV and Eshwar’s desire. Just then, they hear Katha’s singing, so they go inside and get impressed by Katha. Katha greets them both. Both Eshwar and Rukhmani praise her.
Precap: Eshwar asks Mohan to agree to his decision to fix Katha’s marriage with UV. But Mohan tells him about Katha’s hatred towards men. But Eshwar persuades him to convince Katha, saying she can only turn impossible into a possible one. Meanwhile, UV criticises Eshwar’s choice, and he decides to follow Eshwar to find what the latter is up to.
