The episode begins with Nitya calling Bhagyashree and asking, “Did you meet Appa and Amma? Is everything okay?”
Bhagyashree replies, “Nothing is fine.”
Meanwhile, Anni questions Rishabh about working under Bhagyashree since she is the North Zonal Head. Padma asks her to stop interrogating him. Bhagyashree notices this and, sensing that Rishabh might get exposed, quickly ends her call and joins them.
Anni then asks Bhagyashree and Rishabh where they first met. They give different answers, but Rishabh manages to cover up the slip. Just then, Rishabh’s flatmate arrives, putting him at risk of being exposed again. However, Rishabh quickly spins a convincing story, saying his friend is an actor, and sends him away.
Later, Meenakshi’s engagement ceremony begins. Rishabh requests the pandit to chant mantras for the couple’s happy married life—and jokingly asks him to conduct his and Bhagyashree’s marriage again. Padma smiles, but Anni is visibly displeased by how much importance Rishabh is getting from the family.
Rishabh notices Vinay watching them, so he places a gajra (flower garland) in Bhagyashree’s hair to maintain the illusion. Bhagyashree asks if he’s overacting, and Rishabh replies that he’s doing it perfectly. Anni confides in her friend, saying, “How can a married couple look this happy? Something feels off.” Her friend remarks that Anni’s rivalry with Bhagyashree hasn’t ended—even after marrying Bhagyashree’s brother Karthik.
Relatives comment on how happy Rishabh and Bhagyashree look as a couple. After the engagement, everyone takes group photos. Karthik’s wife complains about the hotel food and asks Bhagyashree to take their father and the family to her flat. Bhagyashree is shocked but agrees. Vinay says they’ll come later and tells Padma it’s time to leave. Bhagyashree tells her mother to rest after the long journey to Delhi. The family leaves. Rishabh asks if she’s okay, and Bhagyashree asks him to call a cab.
On the way, Bhagyashree regrets lying to her family. Rishabh tries to close the car window, but Bhagyashree misunderstands and asks him to stop. He explains his intention, and she apologizes, venting her frustration. He asks her to calm down.
Bhagyashree later arrives at Nitya’s apartment in tears. Naveen gives them space. Bhagyashree breaks down and confesses that she lied to her parents about Rishabh being her husband. Nitya consoles her and says, “Don’t cry. You made your parents happy. Don’t regret that.”
Just then, Rishabh arrives with the flat keys Bhagyashree left in the cab. As he leaves, he feels bad seeing her in tears.
Meanwhile, Vinay and his family reach Bhagyashree’s apartment. Rishabh, spotting them, quickly hides, worried that the truth could be too much for Vinay due to his weak heart. He enters the lift and tries calling Bhagyashree, but the call doesn’t connect. He presses all the lift buttons and texts her that her parents are at her door.
Rishabh reaches her flat, uses a hidden pin from a flowerpot to unlock the door, and goes inside. Meanwhile, Karthik’s wife asks the watchman about Bhagyashree and her husband. The watchman looks confused and asks, “Husband?” When they mention Rishabh, he looks puzzled.
Nitya asks Bhagyashree if she’s okay, and she replies, “I’m fine and leaves for her apartment”
Bhagyshree tries to open her flat door. Rishabh opens the door. Bhagyashree is shocked and asks how he entered. He says he has a surprise—and reveals her entire family standing inside the apartment. Bhagyashree is stunned.
