The episode starts with Neeti asking Parineet why she isn’t reacting. She is ignoring her. The receptionist comes there and apologize to Neeti for being late. Parineet thinks that the receptionist is back so she has to leave taking Sanju’s file. Neeti asks the receptionist if she is the receptionist then who is she? Parineet leaves from there without her knowledge. Meanwhile, Preet saves Aditya’s leg. Nisha thinks that if he notices her nearby him then he will think that she saved his life. She sends Preet to bring the rescuers. Nisha pretends like she saved his life in front of him. He thanked her for saved his life. Preet brings the rescuers there. They leaves from that place. Sushama asks Gaurav where is Aditya? He didn’t reach to the office yet. He always focused on work always. Gaurav says that he didn’t came here yet. He asks her about the bride photo. Sushama says that she chose a gem for him. She is a perfect one for Aditya. One girl betrayed him it doesn’t mean that he can stay single forever. He left the home in anger. She shows Preet photo to Gaurav. He asks her if she sure Preet is the girl. She nodded to him. She says that Preet is pretty and Aditya will like her too.
Later, Neeti says to the receptionist that someone was here. She was handling the reception. The receptionist says that no one is here. Neeti says that she wants to meet the doctor she has an appointment. Neeti thinks that this hospital is weird. Parineet checks Sanju’s file. Meanwhile, the rescuers says to Preet that she can’t go straight to home. She has to check her body in the hospital it’s the rescue protocol. Later, Kanika calls Sunita and informs her that Sushama chose a girl for Aditya. She thinks that she will be disappointed after met her. She left one more file in her house. She hopes that they can find a girl from it. Nisha’s photo falls down. Sunita thinks that she is Neeti’s daughter. Sushama don’t like her so this wedding is impossible. Later, Neeti crossed the room. Parineet and Neeti feels some connections. She is about to open the door but the doctor stops her. Parineet’s friend takes her from there. Parineet informs her that she collected the information about the patient. She will find out what was her relationship with him. Preet and Aditya argues in the hospital. Nisha says that she is trying to get his attention by using this tricks. Preet makes her clear that she isn’t interested in him. He says that he isn’t interested in her too. Nisha feels happy and ask him not to mind her. She don’t have a class at all. Later, Sanju thinks that Neeti removed his Parineet’s photo from this room. But she can’t remove her from his heart.
Preet thinks that this is the same hospital where she admitted Sanju. But she don’t know his name at all so she wrote her father name on it. She believes that he is fine. Meanwhile, Parminder notices Neeti’s photo on the floor. She thinks that it may fall down due to wind. She says that he may be missing Parineet a lot. She can understand him. Sarada thanked the agent. She assures her that she will perform Aditya and Preet’s wedding once everything is finalized. She believes that he is the right partner for her daughter. Sushama calls Kanika. She says that she wants to meet Preet’s family. She likes that girl a lot. She ended up in her hotel when she is in a trouble. She feels it’s connected. Something is connected her with her family. She wants to arrange a meeting with Aditya. Later, the doctor informs Neeti that she has anxiety. She has anger issues. He asks the nurse to bring her reports. Parineet goes to give the reports. Sanju thinks that he wants to see Parineet. He believes that some miracles will happen and his Parineet come back alive to him.
