The episode begins with Savi pleading with Neil not to close his eyes. She tells him she won’t let anything happen to him and urges him to stay awake. Just then, the ambulance arrives, and the police arrest Srichand. Neil is taken on a stretcher, and Savi asks Bhagyashree to hand over Kian. Bhagyashree refuses, but Bhakti gives Kian to Savi and tells Bhagyashree that they must go to the police station for questioning. She explains that since they live in Srichand’s house and her son is involved in his money laundering activities—including Srichand booking their tickets to the USA—they are under investigation. Bhagyashree decides to take Sai and Kian away from Savi later.
At the hospital, Savi informs the doctor that Neil has been shot. Dr. Surva examines him and says the bullet hit a nerve related to the brain, making his condition critical. Neil is taken into surgery. Savi recalls her memories with him. Sai asks Savi if Neil will become a star like her father. Savi sends her with Bhakti to pray for Neil. Savi prays, saying Neil risked his life to save Sai. A nurse tries to comfort her, assuring her that nothing will happen to her husband. Savi breaks down seeing her sindoor.
Later, the doctor comes out. Savi anxiously asks if Neil is fine. He replies that the operation is over, but Neil’s condition won’t be clear until he regains consciousness. He asks Savi if she has informed Neil’s family. She says no, and the doctor offers to inform them.
Neil’s family soon arrives. Savi apologizes to Leena, who demands to know what happened to her son. Savi explains that Neil was shot while saving her daughter. An enraged Leena slaps Savi and blames her for Neil’s condition. She breaks down and accuses Savi of destroying her son’s life. Savi joins Sai and prays for Neil’s recovery. Sai tells her not to cry, assuring her that her prayer will work and Neil uncle will be fine. She asks about the sindoor in Savi’s hair and says that it means her dad will return.
Neil slowly regains consciousness and remembers saving Sai. He hears the nurses talking about his wife and children and how they need him. The nurses notice Neil waking up and inform the doctor. Neil’s family and Dr. Surva rush in. Dr. Surva checks him and says he’s stable. However, Neil doesn’t recognize his family and asks if his wife and children are okay. Leena is shocked and tells Neil that they are his family. Neil says he doesn’t remember them.
Leena introduces herself as his mother and names the rest of the family, but Neil says he doesn’t recognize anyone. He asks Dr. Surva if he can meet his wife and child. Dr. Surva agrees and says he will call them, asking the Pradhan family to step out.
Outside, Leena questions Dr. Surva about Neil’s memory loss. He explains that due to the injury, Neil has forgotten his past. Leena asks who Neil’s wife and child are. Dr. Surva admits he doesn’t know but said yes only to avoid stressing Neil. A nurse arrives and asks if she should call Neil’s wife and child. She is referring to Savi and her child. Leena is shocked and demands to know why Neil thinks Savi and her children are his own. Dr. Surva tells Leena to let him speak to Savi first.
Dr. Surva meets Savi and informs her that Neil has lost his memory and is considering her and the children as his family. He asks why she is wearing sindoor. Savi tells him that Neil had filled her hairline and explains everything that happened.
Dr. Surva requests Savi to present herself as Neil’s wife, as that is what Neil remembers. Savi refuses.
