The episode begins with Dr. Surva informing Pradhan that Neil has recovered and can now be taken home. Vinod asks when Neil will regain his memory. Surva explains that the swelling in Neil’s brain must subside first, and that could take days or even months.
Leena declares that she won’t allow Savi near Neil. However, Dr. Surva advises the family to let Savi stay with Neil and continue pretending to be his wife for the sake of his mental and emotional stability. He warns that removing her from his life at this stage could have negative effects.
Leena asks if there’s no other doctor who can cure Neil and insists she doesn’t want Savi near him. Dr. Surva says they are free to take a second opinion, but they must ask themselves—what matters more: their hatred for Savi or their love for Neil?
Vinod and Bhushan plead with Leena to allow Savi to stay with Neil for his recovery. Reluctantly, Leena agrees—for Neil’s sake. Vinod thanks Dr. Surva and assures him they won’t reveal the truth to Neil.
At home, Leena welcomes Neil with a traditional nazar utarna ritual. Neil asks her to perform the same for Savi and the kids. Leena complies, gives them aarti, and welcomes them inside.
Leena tells Neil to stay home and rest until he fully recovers. She tells him to ring a bell if he needs anything. Neil smiles and says, “My wife takes care of me, so don’t worry.”
Amruta brings Neil some hot turmeric milk and says, “I used to give this to you whenever you were unwell.” Neil, confused, asks who she is. Vinod explains their relationship to him. Leena, visibly emotional, walks away. Neil apologizes, saying he doesn’t remember anything. The family members leave to give him rest.
Later, Savi tells Neil she will give him medicine to take after lunch. Neil looks at her, puzzled, thinking: “I don’t even remember my wife’s name. She’s beautiful, and I don’t recall her.” He stares at her. Savi asks if he needs anything.
Neil approaches Savi, gently sets her hair, and admits, “I don’t remember your name.” As Savi is about to speak, he stops her and says, “We’ve been living together for years, yet I can’t remember your name. It makes me feel like a loser. Don’t tell me. I’ll try to remember on my own. Until then, I’ll call you Biwi.” Savi agrees. Neil adds, “I’m lucky to have such an understanding partner.”
Savi then asks him to change clothes. Neil walks to the cupboard, picks out a shirt, and shows it to her. She nods approvingly. He notices the absence of Savi and the kids’ belongings and questions her. Savi quickly manages the situation, saying the room is under renovation and their belongings are in another room for now, but she’ll bring them in tomorrow. Neil accepts the explanation and goes to freshen up.
Savi notices Teju’s photo on the drawer. She promises, “Teju, I will never take your place in Neil’s life. I’ll leave once he recovers.” She then hides the photo.
Meanwhile, Sai asks Manjari, “How long will we stay here? When will we go to Granny Bhagyashree’s place?” Savi arrives and tells Sai, “We’ll stay here for a few days until Neil recovers. Please call Neil Pookie Papa.” Sai protests, “But Rajat is my father.” Savi explains that it’s just for Neil’s recovery. Sai agrees. Savi then tells Manjari she needs her help.
