The episode starts with the residents of Anjali’s colony happily celebrating, as Anjali managed to save the colony by getting a stay order. Aman and Anjali joyfully dance with the colony members to the song “Aaj Ki Party Meri Taraf Se.”
While dancing, Anjali suddenly feels dizzy and falls unconscious. Aman becomes extremely worried and shouts for someone to call a doctor. He lifts her in his arms, brings her home, and gently lays her on the bed.
The doctor examines Anjali and says, “It’s good news.” Sapna curiously asks, “What good news?” The doctor then reveals that Anjali is pregnant. Aman and all the family members are overjoyed upon hearing the news.
Aman takes Anjali to his house and makes her rest on the bed. His sisters, Mehek and Sonali, lovingly pamper Anjali and take care of her. Gia witnesses everything and recalls her own struggles with Abhay — how he never accepted her as his wife.
Later, Raghav brings food to Anjali’s room. Aman is about to take the food plate, but Raghav doesn’t give it to him. Instead, he lovingly feeds Anjali with his own hands. Both Anjali and Aman feel happy seeing this affectionate gesture.
Later, Aman and Anjali share a joyful dance, expressing their happiness.
Meanwhile, Chandrabhan receives a call informing him that Anjali is pregnant. Both Yuvraj and Chandrabhan are shocked to hear the news.
As months pass, Anjali’s baby bump begins to show. She is content and happy, surrounded by Aman’s love and his family’s care. The Rajput family celebrates Anjali’s baby shower with affection and joy.
Chandrabhan also succeeds in getting his son released from jail.
