The episode starts with Aman and Anjali happily traveling in a car, sharing some cute moments. Suddenly, a lorry crashes into their car, causing a massive explosion. Yuvraj witnesses the accident from his car and smiles, believing he has succeeded in killing Aman and Anjali.
Later, Raghav receives a call from the hospital. He breaks down in tears and calls all the family members to the hall. Gaurav and Mehek ask him what happened and why he is crying. Through his tears, Raghav reveals that Aman is no more. The family is left shocked and devastated by the tragic news. They rush to the hospital.
The Rajput family arrives at the hospital and breaks down upon seeing Aman’s dead body. Raghav recalls his precious moments with his son. His sisters remember the joyful times they spent together. Gaurav tries to console Raghav, saying, “Control yourself, bhai.” But Raghav, sobbing uncontrollably, pleads with Aman to wake up. “Nothing can happen to my son!” he cries. “Where did you go, Aman? What did I do wrong for you to leave me like this?”
Meanwhile, Sarika asks a nurse about Anjali. The nurse gives them her room number. They rush to Anjali’s room and inquire about her condition. The nurse informs them that Anjali has slipped into a coma.
Ganesh, Sapna, and other colony members arrive at the hospital. Gaurav informs them that Aman has passed away, leaving everyone shocked and heartbroken. Sapna breaks down in tears. Ganesh asks about Anjali. Sarika, who just arrived, tells them Anjali is in a coma. They then ask the nurse if they can see the baby. The nurse replies that one person can visit. Sapna goes in to see the baby.
Meanwhile, Yuvraj instructs a compounder to kill Anjali’s baby. He then calls his father and tells him that Anjali is in a coma and Aman is dead. Ganesh overhears the conversation.
Sapna, holding the baby in her arms, cries. Sarika goes to Raghav and informs everyone that Anjali is in a coma. Raghav, consumed by grief and anger, declares, “Anjali is inauspicious. I don’t want to see her face ever again.” Gaurav asks, “What about the baby?” Raghav replies, “Neither Anjali nor the baby will be allowed into my house.” The family is stunned by his harsh words.
