The episode begins with Jhanak gets scared seeing the injection and says she doesn’t want to do any tests. She screams and asks the nurse to keep the injection away from her. She fake cries and screams, Amma!. The nurse asks her what she is saying. Jhanak tells her she is absolutely fine and she doesn’t need any test. She says, Let’s tell Rishi she is fine. The nurse tells Jhanak that she will take a little bit of blood only from the latter.
The doctor comes there and asks what’s happening. She convinces Jhanak to take the test. The nurse takes blood from Jhanak. Rishi comes there. Jhanak says she is alive and screams. Rishi scolds her for screaming in the hospital. He asks Doctor to call him if there is any issue then and leaves from there. He thinks Jhanak always does drama. He hopes Jhanak doesn’t mess up anything in front of his family and Aditi. He decides to tell his family that Jhanak is a servant.
The nurse removes Jhanak’s accessories and makeup at the doctor’s behest. Jhanak gets happy seeing her face in the mirror. She says thanks to the nurse. The doctor says it’s time for a CT scan. Jhanak gets scared seeing the machine. She tells Doctor that she is absolutely fine, so let her go. The doctor asks Jhanak not to get scared and to lay down on the machine silently and not move. After some time, Jhanak says it was fun. The doctor asks her not to do drama like this. She tells Jhanak to wait outside. The nurse gives fruits to Jhanak.
In the village, Nutan recalls Jhanak’s bidaai. She wonders whether Jhanak is happy in her in-laws house. She asks God to protect Jhanak. Bua comes there and scolds Nutan for burning the food. Kanka also scolds Nutan. Nutan says she forgot it because she reminded Jhanak while cooking. She apologizes to Bua. Bua asks Nutan to forget Jhanak because the latter can’t see Jhanak again. She says Rishi will keep Jhanak like a servant, not a malkin. Nutan asks Bua not to say things like that. Bua reminds Nutan that they forced Rishi to marry Jhanak so he won’t keep Jhanak happy. She warns Nutan not to burn anything again and leaves from there. Nutan trusts Jhanak and Rishi will return to the village.
Jhanak gives fruits to Rishi. Rishi notices Jhanak’s makeup and vermilion have been removed. He tells her to eat fruits. The doctor comes there and tells them the reports are normal. Rishi says thanks to the doctor. The doctor leaves from there. Rishi asks Jhanak to forget their marriage. Jhanak tells him she did not want to marry him. She says she is a beautiful and sweet girl. She asks why she will marry rude police officer Rishi. Rishi stares at her. Jhanak asks him not to do that because she is scared of him. Rishi tells her he is facing problems because of her. He takes her from there.
Indumati tells Tanushree and Payal to cook fast. She says she doesn’t know if Rishi got good food in the village or not. Tanushree says she is glad Rishi is fine. Payal says Surjeet is waiting to see Rishi. She adds Dadabhai keeps drinking tea, and it will continue until he meets Rishi. They laugh. Surjeet asks Dadabhai not to worry.
On the other hand, Shaswat enters his house and calls Ishani. He recalls Jeet’s words. He asks Ishani why she deceived him. Ishani tells him she doesn’t know what Jeet said, but she is ready to accept punishment. Shaswat tells Ishani to leave his house. Raj didi asks him what happened. Pihu asks her father why he is angry. Shaswat shows the file to Ishani and asks her, What is all this?. He tells his family that’s all Jeet said. Ishani gets shocked hearing this.
Shaswat tells Ishani that he doesn’t want to hear a word from her. Ishani says she will leave this house, but Shaswat has to listen to her. Pihu asks what Ishani wants to say. Ishani says Jeet ruined her life. She reveals her past. Yash asks why they will believe Ishani. Shaswat says he won’t change his decision. He adds Ishani is a characterless woman, and he doesn’t want to keep any relationship with her. Ishani warns them to be careful of Jeet. She leaves from there.
