The episode begins with Server Govind collapsing while serving Savi and Neil. The team members rush to his side, worried. Neil checks Govind’s pulse and finds it low. He performs first aid and asks Savi to call an ambulance. Thanks to Neil’s timely CPR, Govind regains consciousness. His teammates thank Neil for saving him. The ambulance arrives, and Govind is taken to the hospital on a stretcher. Sai tells Savi that Neil is a good person and that she wants to become a doctor like him. Savi silently wishes Neil would regain his memory soon.
Later, Sai secretly tells Neil that it’s Savi’s birthday the next day. Neil and Sai plan to make it special. The next morning, Savi wakes up to an alarm and notices Sai is not beside her. She finds a flower bouquet with a message from Neil, saying he doesn’t remember how he used to celebrate her birthday before but promises to make every birthday special going forward. He asks her to follow a trail of flowers to receive surprises. Savi finds a saree as her first gift and heads to the hall, where flower petals shower on her. Neil and the family emerge and wish her a happy birthday. Neil says, “I don’t know how I loved you before, but now I’ll love you every day in a new way.” He opens a gift—a gold chain with a pendant—and asks if she likes it. Savi nods. He puts it around her neck and is about to kiss her forehead when Savi stops him, saying, “I’m not your wife, and Kian and Sai aren’t your kids. Please stop.” Suddenly, Neil faints.
Savi gasps and apologizes. Neil, regaining consciousness, asks why she said sorry. Savi realizes it was all just a dream—she hadn’t told him the truth yet. She composes herself as Leena walks away. Vinod follows her. Leena expresses her concern that Neil is showering love on people who aren’t his real family, and fears he might forget them entirely. Savi assures Leena they will leave once Neil recovers. Leena accuses her of manipulating Neil’s condition and doing drama. Neil, meanwhile, learns from Sai that Savi had gone to meet his parents. When Savi returns, she tells Leena she understands her pain and returns the gold chain, saying she has no right over it. Neil sees this and wonders what kind of relationship he had with Savi before losing his memory.
Later, Neil questions Prachi about his past with Savi. Prachi brushes it off and leaves. He then tries to ask Yash, but Yash avoids him. Distraught, Neil drinks and reflects on Savi’s discomfort around him. He tries to recall his past and screams in frustration. Savi rushes to stop him from drinking, saying it’s harmful in his current state. During their scuffle, the bottle falls and breaks. While cleaning the glass shards, Savi injures her hand. Neil immediately tends to her wound and scolds her gently for being careless, asking, “Are you always like this? I may not remember much, but I feel the need to take care of you.” Savi is reminded of how Neil used to support her during hard times.
Neil tells Savi that he remembers nothing except her and the kids. “If you leave me, I’ll be lifeless,” he says. Savi wonders if Neil has started falling for her. Neil then asks why she returned the birthday gift to Aayi, questioning if they had issues before his memory loss and if she’s only here to treat him. Savi breaks into tears and hugs him.
