The episode begins with Karthik waiting for Lakshmi. He wonders why she hasn’t arrived yet and thinks, “Lakshmi fooled me again. I trusted her and came here for nothing.” Feeling disappointed, he walks away. Jia sees Karthik leaving and tells Gayatri that their plan has succeeded. Gayatri asks her, “What truth are you trying to hide from Karthik?” Jia replies, “It doesn’t concern you,” and walks away.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi regains consciousness and wonders who locked her in the room. She breaks the lock and comes out, only to find that Karthik has already left. She worries that Karthik will assume she avoided him intentionally and wonders what to do next.
Lakshmi goes to Karthik’s room and finds him venting his anger by boxing. She asks him for a chance to explain. Karthik replies, “I already gave you time, and now it’s over. You’re a betrayer—stay away from me.” Lakshmi tries to convince him that he’s misunderstanding her, but he refuses to listen. She realizes that his anger won’t let him hear the truth right now.
Determined, Lakshmi confronts Gayatri and accuses her of stopping her from meeting Karthik—pointing out that apart from Jia, Gayatri is the only one who would want to separate them. Gayatri denies the accusation and walks away. Lakshmi decides to take action and open Karthik and Gayatri’s eyes to the truth.
Later, Jia questions Gayatri about her fear of Lakshmi. She says, “Lakshmi can never file a case against you. Let’s throw her out of the house before she gets a chance to throw you out.” Following this, Gayatri throws Lakshmi out. Jia signals that they did the right thing.
That night, the doorbell rings. The family opens the door and finds Lakshmi with the police. Sudesh asks her why she brought them home. The inspector asks Lakshmi whom she wants to file an FIR against. Lakshmi replies, “This family loves me, but my mother-in-law was instigated and threw me out. I feel there’s a risk to my life, so I approached the police.” Gayatri explains that it was a misunderstanding and claims she didn’t realize Lakshmi was outside when she shut the door.
Lakshmi tells the inspector, “If she admits it was a mistake, then give her one chance. But if this happens again, I’ll file the FIR.” The inspector agrees, warns Gayatri, and leaves. Karthik asks Lakshmi, “Why do you create drama every day?” Lakshmi responds, “I told you before—I won’t leave, no matter who tries to throw me out.”
Lakshmi smiles to herself, recalling how she called Raghuveer for help and how he arranged for fake police to scare Gayatri. Gayatri later warns Jia not to involve her in such schemes again. Jia thinks to herself, Lakshmi wants to expose me in front of Karthik—I must be cautious.
The next day, Jia throws chilli powder at Lakshmi’s face. Lakshmi starts coughing and rushes to drink water. She goes to Karthik, who asks her what she wants to say. But Lakshmi is unable to speak. Jia recalls how she had applied glue to the rim of the glass Lakshmi drank from. Karthik gets annoyed and tells Lakshmi to stop troubling him. Lakshmi notices Jia nearby and realizes it was all her doing.
Later, Lakshmi uses steam to loosen the glue, and her lips finally separate. She thinks to herself, Jia can’t stop me from revealing the truth to Karthik. Jia arrives and mocks her, saying, “Karthik is becoming mine. Get ready to witness it.” Lakshmi retorts, “Your dream will never come true—be ready to face me.”
Just then, Lakshmi receives a call from Lipika and tells her she will attend Mangal’s engagement.
