The episode begins with Savi telling Neil, “You’re the oasis of my life, and you have no idea how important you are to me.” She explains that she returned the necklace he gifted her to Aayi out of duty, and since his mother takes good care of it, she gave it to her. Neil admits he overreacted and apologizes for spoiling her birthday. He promises to make it the best birthday of her life. Savi tells him it’s not necessary, but Neil insists and leaves. Savi prays to God to guide and support both her and Neil.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree speaks to Rajat’s photo, expressing how Savi has distanced her from her grandchildren. She says she longs to meet them and cannot live without them. She decides to meet her grandchildren that very day.
Savi and Sai walk into the hall, beautifully decorated for Savi’s birthday. Neil’s family members and Dr. Surva are present. Surva wishes Neil a happy birthday and asks where he is, praising the party arrangement. Just then, Neil arrives singing a song for Savi and dances with her. Savi smiles as Sai watches her, grateful to God for bringing Neil into Savi’s life and making her happy.
After the dance, Neil tells Savi that the moment feels familiar. Savi asks if he remembers something. He says not clearly, but brushes it off and tells her to cut the cake. Savi realizes Neil’s memory is slowly returning. She cuts the cake and feeds everyone. Dr. Surva clicks a family photo. Bhagyashree sees the picture and vows not to let Savi win, promising to get her grandchildren back.
The next day, Savi looks for Sai. Prachi offers to show her. Sai is seen teaching Neil meditation to aid his recovery. Neil happily engages in the session, and the two share a fun moment. Prachi tells Savi that Neil always used to call Sai his “sunshine” and hopes their bond remains strong forever.
Later, Dr. Surva visits Neil’s home and informs the family that Neil is recovering quickly and his reports look promising. He says Neil’s memory may return soon if he continues to stay this happy. Leena and Vinod are pleased. They invite Surva to lunch, but he declines due to another appointment. Leena thanks Savi for standing by Neil during this challenging time and tells her she’ll always remember her support. She says that once Neil recovers, Savi can go wherever she wishes with her children. Savi agrees.
As Savi gets ready, her inner voice questions her sadness about leaving Neil’s house. Savi insists she still loves Rajat. Her inner self counters that she enjoys being around Neil and cannot lie to herself. It reminds her that she’s married to Neil.
Savi responds that Neil doesn’t love her, and once his memory returns, the misunderstandings will be cleared. Her inner self asks why she isn’t happy about his memory coming back. Savi says she’s worried about her daughter Saisha, who has already suffered a lot in childhood and is now growing attached to Neil. She fears what might happen to Sai once Neil regains his memory. Savi breaks down in tears.
Neil notices Savi’s teary eyes and asks what’s wrong. He wonders if she’s worried about what the doctor said. Neil tells her he doesn’t care whether he regains his memory or not, because having her and his family with him is all that matters.
