The episode starts with Katha writing in her diary about Mohan, who gave her a good life. She writes that Mohan’s health is worsening since Naina’s marriage, but Eshwar helped them a lot. She further adds that because of her stubbornness, Mohan may again face problems, so she will marry for Mohan’s sake. It doesn’t mean she has failed. She recalls that after her mother’s demise, Mohan took her under his wings. She badly cries.
At Jindal’s house, Eshwar advises Harshvardan about the current situation of their company. Harshvardan asks him who is behind all this. Eshwar tells him the people who want to buy Jindal Pharmacy at low cost. He then tries to say something to Vinith, but UV arrives there and calls Eshwar as HOF. His cousins follow him. UV tells Eshwar that he is agreeing to his deal to save his café. Everyone gets confused while Eshwar gets happy. UV says that Eshwar may win this round, but hereafter, he will win all the rounds. Eshwar tells UV that he has already told him that he will bring him on the right path. UV says to Eshwar that he is agreeing to this marriage to get back his café. He says Eshwar took his mother’s help to convince him. Eshwar and others get shocked. Eshwar tells him he may have reacted angrily in some other circumstances, but not now. He further appreciates UV for his decision.
Harshvardan asks Eshwar about his decision related to UV’s marriage. Ambika urges Vinith to ask Eshwar about UV’s bride’s identity so Vinith asks Eshwar. But UV interfere and says he won’t accept this marriage, so he doesn’t care whom he marries. Everyone gets shocked. Rukhmani and UV’s cousins try to make UV understand that the latter is doing wrong, but UV says that he will go to any extent to get his mother’s café. Rukhmani scolds UV, but the latter leaves from there. Eshwar says eventually, UV will fall in love for sure. Rukhmani rebukes Eshwar for not considering the emotions of the girl whom he wants UV to marry. She also talks about the current generation who meet their partner before marriage to decide whether they want to get married to that person or not. But Eshwar asks her whether they met each other before marriage? He says if that happened, then there is a chance they might not be together now. He then asks his family members to make arrangements for UV’s marriage, saying he wants to conduct this wedding soon before UV changes his decision.
There, Katha goes to Vandana and learns Mohan is still not well. So, she asks Vandana whether Mohan is stressed because of her marriage. Vandana gets shocked and takes Katha outside. Katha tells Vandana that she has overheard their conversation. Vandana says to Katha that they respect her decision so they won’t force her to marry. Also, she assures Katha that they will find a solution to this problem and asks Katha not to worry. Katha tells her that they have a solution. Then she says that for Mohan’s well-being, she will marry. Vandana gets emotional and hugs Katha. Naina hears their conversation and realises the reason behind both Katha and Mohan’s restless behaviour. Later, Naina advises Katha not to marry, but Katha refuses, saying Mohan has done so much for her since childhood, so she will marry the guy. On the other side, Mohan wonders, revealing the groom’s identity to Katha.
Precap: Katha tells her mother’s photo that she won’t tell both Mohan and Vandana she isn’t happy with the decision. Mohan arrives there and puts UV’s photo in Katha’s book in the hope she will learn about the groom’s identity. Later, the photo falls on a pot, so Katha takes it, and then she looks shocked.
