The episode begins with Chandrabhan threatening Editor Laal, warning him to keep Aarti away from the women trafficking case. He says, “If Aarti gets involved, both she and your office will be finished.” He reminds Laal of his name—Chandrabhan—and leaves in his car.
Later, Aarti tells Anjali that Chandrabhan is threatening her, and once she gets his photo, she’ll expose him on social media and end his game. Sapna asks for the name of the man who threatened her. Aarti reveals it’s Chandrabhan Thakur, leaving Sapna shocked.
Worried, Sapna calls Ganesh and asks him to arrange Aarti’s marriage immediately and send her away. Aarti questions Sapna’s fear of Chandrabhan Thakur. Sapna replies emotionally, saying she has already lost one daughter and cannot lose Aarti too. She decides to fix Aarti’s marriage into the Rajvanshi family and curses those responsible for Anjali’s condition. Ganesh agrees and leaves with Padma to make arrangements.
Aarti, noticing Sapna’s sudden change in behavior, grows suspicious—wondering if there’s a hidden secret. She meets Laal and questions him about Chandrabhan. Laal explains that Chandrabhan was a politician who was removed from politics due to corruption, though the full story is unclear. He advises Aarti to focus on the human trafficking investigation and go to Uttar Pradesh, where the case is active. He believes the coverage will skyrocket their TRPs.
Meanwhile, Aarti says she needs to leave home to take her mother for a check-up. Later, Ganesh Sapna, and Aarti take Anjali to the hospital. When the nurse asks if Aarti is their granddaughter, Ganesh says yes, and mentions that Aarti was believed to be stillborn. Aarti is shocked and starts questioning the situation.
During Anjali’s turn for the check-up, Aarti accompanies her into the doctor’s cabin. It was the nurse who had saved Aarti in childhood and asks if Aarti still doesn’t know the truth. Ganesh says no, urges her to keep it a secret. Nurse agrees.
Coincidentally, Raghav, Abhay, and Sarika arrive at the same hospital. They spot Ganesh and Sapna. When Ganesh questions their presence, Sarika says Raghav had chest pain and came for a check-up. Abhay taunts Ganesh, saying they can’t afford such a hospital. Ganesh rebukes him, but Abhay mocks him again and leaves.
Ganesh silently prays that Abhay and Raghav don’t see Aarti. Raghav then tells Ganesh that Anjali is living a lifeless existence and that her life is meaningless.
