The episode starts with the Pinku uncle saying to Dil in the car that a temple has been inaugurated recently in Raunakpur and says the singer that was going to sing in the inauguration has suddenly called in sick and asks Dil to sing in her place in the inauguration of the temple. Dil recalls the promise that she made to her mother. Dil asks Pinku uncle to stop the car and says she can’t sing as she made a promise to her mother. Dil leaves from there. Dil hears in a radio Raghav’s voice saying she will do everything for his loved ones and he will also break all his promises if he has to do it. Dil recalls about her mother Nandini. Dil asks Pinku to take her to Nandini and says she wants to take permission from her mother. Pinku takes Dil to the hospital.
Natasha and others try to cheer up Shanaya and they ask Shanaya to eat something. Shanaya says she will not eat anything until she gets her phone.
Dil’s uncle unlocks the door and allows Lata to come outside. Lata asks Dil’s uncle what happened to Nandini. Dil’s uncle says she might soon die and comments on it. Lata asks Dil’s uncle what about Dil. Dil’s uncle asks Lata to go and search and says he doesn’t know.
Pinku asks Dil to sing for the whole night and says only then will she get the money for Nandini’s treatment. Dil agrees.
Pinku makes an announcement to the audience that Dil is going to sing the whole night in the Jagrata. Dil starts singing. The audience praise Dil’s singing. Pinku reveals to the audience that Dil is singing for her mother’s treatment. One of the audience hearing it video records Dil’s singing.
Lata comes to the hospital and sees Nandini in critical condition. The doctor asks Lata if they arranged the money and says Nandini is in critical condition. Lata stays silent. Later later asks the doctor where is Dil. The doctor says Dil went with Pinku that works in Mandali. Lata hearing it leaves from there.
Natasha comes and tries to cheer up Shanaya but she is still sad. Raghav comes to Shanaya to cheer her up. Shanaya says to Raghav that she doesn’t want to see him and asks him to leave. Raghav says to Shanaya that he came to give her something and gives her phone back to her. Shanaya cheers up seeing the phone. Raghav asks Natasha to go and bring food for Shanaya. Natasha comments on Raghav. Raghav’s sister in law brings the food. Raghav feeds the food to Shanaya and says to Shanaya what he wants her to win everything in her life. Raghav says to Shanaya once she starts learning how to sing then she will fall in love with music and comments on it. Raghav sees Shanaya is not listening so he hear ready to leave but he hears Dil’s singing in Shanaya’s phone and he checks it. Raghav is impressed with Dil’s talent and he sees the person who made the video saying that Dil is singing for her mother’s treatment so he decides to help Dil. Raghav gives the phone and leaves from there.
Lata comes and sees Dil has lost consciousness after singing the song. Lata sprinkles water on Dil and wakes her up. Lata asks Dil who asked her to sing. Dil says she sang on her own and asks Pinku for the money. Pinku says the money will reach where is belongs and asks Dil not to worry. Dil agrees and leaves from there with Lata. Pinku gives the money to Dil’s uncle.
Dil and Lata come to the hospital and they see the bed is vacant. The doctor takes Dil to the door of mortuary to show Dil her mother.
