The episode opens with Rishank and Bhavya arriving at the police station to identify the woman who assaulted Nitin on the night of the accident. Based on the eyewitness description, the police provide them with a pencil sketch of the suspect. Meanwhile, after new evidence surfaces, Vinay is finally released from jail. Overcome with happiness, Rishank hugs Bhavya, feeling a deep sense of accomplishment. Their success brings him hope that their bond might have a greater meaning in their lives.
Just then, Rishank receives a call from Riya, who pretends to be hurt. Feeling obligated, Rishank rushes to see her. When he arrives at the gym, he finds out that Riya’s injury is merely a minor cut on her finger. Her exaggerated reaction annoys him. Riya, sensing that she’s not Rishank’s priority, feels slighted. Wanting to keep him distracted, Riya devises a plan to detain Rishank, giving Damayanti the opportunity to insult Bhavya when she returns home with her father.
Bhavya and her father Vinay arrive back at the Jaiswal house, only to be greeted by a somber atmosphere. A lawyer confronts them, presenting photographs from Bhavya and Rishank’s wedding, highlighting Rishank’s apparent disinterest in the marriage. The lawyer then pressures Bhavya to sign annulment papers, suggesting the marriage is invalid. Bhavya, although hesitant to continue in the marriage herself, recalls her own condition before taking any action. However, the lawyer grows more aggressive and begins questioning the couple’s physical relationship, pointing out the absence of intimacy. This deeply unsettles Bhavya, who is taken aback by such personal probing.
Refusing to be humiliated, Bhavya collects herself and demands that the lawyer call his client, Rishank. Despite her composure, the lawyer continues to insult her, cruelly mocking her body size and showing clear disdain toward her. His degrading remarks push Bhavya into a vulnerable emotional state.
Elsewhere, Rishank remains with Riya, who continues her efforts to seduce him. She removes her overcoat in an attempt to appeal to him physically. However, Rishank feels no emotional or physical attraction toward her anymore. Though Riya ignores his discomfort and moves closer to him, Rishank becomes overwhelmed and recoils, feeling suffocated by her advances.
Back at home, the hurtful comments about Bhavya’s appearance leave her disheartened. Just then, Rishank arrives and, upon hearing the insults hurled at Bhavya, loses his temper. He lashes out at the lawyers for humiliating her without justification, defending Bhavya passionately. His actions shock everyone present. Shakshi, Rishank’s mother, asks him what his intentions are regarding the marriage. Rishank responds calmly, saying that the final decision rests with Bhavya. He makes it clear that whatever Bhavya chooses—whether to continue the marriage or not—he will honor her choice completely.
