The episode starts with Aarti telling Anjali that she will inform Ved she wants to bring Anjali with her to their home; otherwise, she will not agree to the wedding. Aarti says to Anjali that she means everything to her. Ganesh comments on Aarti and asks if they don’t mean anything to her. Aarti replies to Ganesh that she is alive only because of them and makes an emotional comment.
Chandraman tells Kavya that she is mistaken, saying Anjali is paralyzed. Kavya insists she isn’t mistaken and says she saw Anjali talking on the phone with someone, wearing a green top and jeans. Kavya tells Chandraman the only difference was that Anjali wore glasses. Chandraman says to Kavya that she must have imagined it. Bhajan comes to them and asks what they are talking about. Chandraman explains that Kavya claims to have seen Anjali in a green top and jeans, wearing glasses. Bhajan says that is not possible, as Anjali has been in a vegetative state and cannot walk or talk. Chandraman agrees and adds that he even visited Anjali’s house to confirm. He says his henchmen tried to make Anjali get up from her wheelchair, but she fell to the floor, and they even stabbed her leg with a knife. Bhajan, hearing this, criticizes Chandraman Thakur.
Kavya receives a call from Yuvraj. Yuvraj tells Kavya he is returning to India. Kavya says she will pick him up. She informs Chandraman about Yuvraj’s arrival in a few days. Bhajan says it would be better if Yuvraj does not return from abroad. Chandraman asks Bhajan why. Bhajan reminds him that if Anjali regains consciousness and the case is reopened, they all will be in trouble. Bhajan says no one knows that Yuvraj, Chandraman, and Bhajan are the masterminds behind the blast. He reminds Chandraman that Anjali saw Yuvraj driving the truck at the time of the bomb blast. Bhajan says Yuvraj admitted this himself. Chandraman says Anjali won’t remember anything, as she has been in a vegetative state for 21 years. He adds that he still needs Yuvraj, as at his age, he wants his son by his side.
Ved draws a picture of his mother. Uday and Pratap ask Ved if he is making a painting of his mother. Ved stays silent. Uday comments on Ved, reminding him he will never be able to forget his mother. Pratap calls Ved’s mother a characterless woman. Ved grabs Pratap’s collar and lashes out at him. Sonal tells Uday and Pratap that since she is Ved’s mother, it is natural for Ved to get angry if they speak ill of her.
Later, Uday tells Ved that they are going to Delhi to see Aarti and says once she marries Ved, they will send her to Chandraman’s adda. Ved says Aarti will not go anywhere; he likes her and wants her to come into their house as a daughter-in-law.
Aarti tells Anjali how Ved proposed to her and says she can only think about him these days.
