The episode starts with Mangal telling Adit that running Pehla Swaad is her responsibility. Adit asks Mangal if Ishana isn’t her responsibility, or if Ishana has no priority, and comments on it. Mangal replies to Adit that she will not leave her responsibilities midway like him. She wipes her tears and goes to her room. Sowmya wonders where her money has gone.
Ishana gives the money to Yash and asks him to delete her video in front of her. Yash says he wants her to work for him one more time. He asks Ishana to send a package to a location. Ishana asks what’s in the package, but Yash doesn’t reveal it. Ishana asks Yash again to delete the video. Yash says if she doesn’t do what he says, he will do what he has to and send the video to Mangal. Ishana gets shocked.
Mangal receives the video. She watches it. Ishana returns home and sees Mangal watching the video. Mangal slaps Ishana for lying to her and blaming Kapil. Ishana says she doesn’t like Kapil, so she did it to stop Mangal from marrying him. Mangal tells her to seek Kapil’s forgiveness. Ishana refuses, but Mangal drags her.
Suddenly, Ishana comes to her senses and realizes she was dreaming. Kusum asks Ishana where she is lost. Ishana manages to cover up by saying something. Mangal arrives and tells Ishana that someone sent her a video, but it isn’t downloading due to a network issue. Mangal gets a signal, and the video starts downloading. Ishana distracts Mangal by breaking a bowl. She sends a message to Yash to delete the video and agrees to do his work.
Mangal checks her phone and says an unknown person sent her a video, but now it’s deleted. Ishana says to leave it, maybe it was spam. Mangal checks the profile picture and says it’s Yash, Ishana’s friend. She asks why he sent the video. Ishana lies, saying maybe he sent it by mistake as she had given Mangal’s number to her friends.
Mangal notices medicines in the broken bowl and realizes Ishana hasn’t been taking her medicine and lied about her sleepwalking trauma. She decides to keep an eye on Ishana. Meanwhile, Ishana is on a call pleading with Yash not to send the video to anyone. Yash says to deliver the parcel to Gurgaon, then he will delete the video. Ishana agrees and thinks Gurgaon is far from home — how can she manage it?
Sowmya comes to Ishana and asks why she looks tense. Ishana says everything is fine. Sowmya takes her charger and leaves.
The next morning, Mangal comes to Ishana and asks why she woke up so early. Ishana says she couldn’t sleep and didn’t sleep last night either. Mangal tells her to take leave and rest after breakfast. Ishana agrees.
The employees tell Kapil they can’t complete the order without Mangal and her team’s help. They say it’s better to back out. Kapil says they can’t run Pehla Swaad without them, so it’s better to close it. Suddenly, they hear a sound and go outside. They witness Mangal and her team back at work in Pehla Swaad. Kapil thanks her. She says, “Me and our team are back.” Kapil says he talked to the lawyer and transferred all the shares of Pehla Swaad to her, and he will help her with it. He says, “Let’s work like before. I will never put you in a position to choose between me or your kids.” She notices he is still wearing the engagement ring.
A worker tells Mangal their Gurgaon order is ready. Yash asks Ishana to finish the work. Mangal calls Ishana and asks her to eat food. Yash overhears an employee telling Mangal that the consignment for Gurgaon is ready. Yash tells Ishana to deliver his parcel along with her mom’s consignment; otherwise, he will expose her. Ishana looks on.
