The episode starts with Kairi telling Yug that Maeri slaps her because she was thinking about another man when she has been married to him and this makes Yug feel upset because he is accusing Kairi without listening to her. Kairi tells Yug that she doesn’t know that Lata is his wife and Samay informs Yug that Maeri is not well. Yug rushes to see Maeri and he gets more tensed to see Maeri. Kairi also came to see Maeri and Yug asked Maeri to open her eyes. Yug tells Maeri that he will listen to her but at one condition and she will have to get well soon. Yug asks Maeri to open her eyes and Yug starts crying. Shaurya, Samay,Sloke are also crying and Kairi steps in to console Yug. Kairi assures Yug that Maeri will be absolutely fine and Yug asks Kairi why Maeri is not opening her eyes. Yug wants to know where the doctor and nurse are. Yug rushed to bring the doctor and Yug learns that Maeri needs blood and her blood group is rare that’s why she is unconscious. Kairi tells the doctor that Maeri’s children are here and the doctor takes Yug for a blood examination.
Kairi learns that Maeri’s name is Indrani Shah and she goes to the examine room to meet Yug but he is not there. Kairi searches for Yug everywhere and Yug tells the doctor that he will not donate the blood. Kairi learns that Yug is saying the doctor that he is not her real son and none of the brothers are her son. Yug tells the doctor that he is the son in law and he requests the doctor to arrange the blood. Kairi gets shocked to learn that Yug is Maeri’s son in law and Lata is Maeri’s daughter. Kairi remembers how Yug showed concern about Maeri and she thinks if Yug hates Lata then why does he take care of Marri. Kairi sees that Yug is very disturbed and he is telling his brothers that their blood doesn’t match with Maeri. Yug tells his brothers that he is going to the blood for Maeri anyhow and Kairi thinks about how Yug wants to save Maeri. Kairi thinks that Yug is a very good human being and she prays that Mata Rani will help Yug. Kairi learns that her blood group has been matched with Maeri and she is ready to donate the blood. Kairi remembers that Maeri told her to remember her Maa and Mata Rani in tough situations. Kairi assures Maeri that she will not let her happen and the nurse tells Kairi to sleep beside Maeri. Kairi is donating her blood to Maeri and the nurse sees that Maeri is responding. The Nurse asks Kairi if she has any blood relation with Maeri because Maeri’s own son doesn’t match. The doctor tells Kairi that it’s not necessary she has any blood relation it’s important that she has saved Maeri’s life. Kairi tells the doctor not to tell Yug that she has donated the blood and Yug has gained more respect in her eyes. Yug is happy to hear that his Maeri’s is absolutely fine and Yug asks the doctor about the donor. The doctor tells Yug that the donor just left and Yug is happy because his Maeri will be fine soon. Yug’s brother wants to thank the donor and Yug prays for the donor.
Kairi sits beside Maeri thinking of Yug and she tells Maeri that she is a very lucky mother-in-law. Yug asks Kairi to leave with his brothers and Kairi doesn’t want to go. Kairi starts smiling because Yug also wants to stay with Maeri. Yug reminds Kairi to bring a case of a woman and Kairi promises to help him. Kairi tells Yug to sit beside Maeri and she holds his hands. Kairi tells Yug to treat Maeri with love.
