The episode starts with UV asking Katha to enter so the latter takes a step, but she struggles, so UV takes her in his arms. Katha asks him to drop her to the ground, but UV refuses until he brings her inside. He then goes to prepare the cabbage paste for Katha to apply it in her blistered leg. He vents out his frustration about the current situation and calls it his destiny. He then goes to apply the paste in Katha’s leg, but Katha asks him not to touch her legs. She also gets determined not to let UV see her face to follow the ritual. UV says to her that he has no interest in touching her legs nor to see her face. He then starts applying the ointment on her blistered legs. Katha secretly sees him while UV aids her.
At Jindal’s house, Tammy gets annoyed learning that UV has taken Katha to his café. She blames Katha as the one who has manipulated UV. She then worries her conspiracy may get exposed, so she asks Jhumki not to tell this to anyone by bribing her with money. Jhumki becomes speechless.
Eshwar and the entire family are seen in the living area. Eshwar learns that both Katha and UV are missing in the house. He starts blaming UV for it. He also blames UV’s cousins for the reason behind Katha’s injuries. Rukmini scolds Eshwar for his allegations against UV and his cousins without knowing the truth. Chandrika intervenes and vents out her frustration with the family about UV-Katha’s absence. Ambika gets worried that Katha and UV may get closer, so she demands an answer from UV’s cousins. They all lie to her. While Charu expresses her fear with Shlok about the consequences if Chandrika learns, they both are also involved in UV-Katha’s disappearance. But Shlok says that their efforts bring UV and Katha bring closer to each other, and then he is ready to face the wrath of the family.
Eshwar decides to seek commissioner’s help to find Katha, but Rukmini advises him. Just then, UV returns to home carrying Katha in his arms. Eshwar starts rebuking UV for trying to harm his grand daughter-in-law. Chandrika also rebukes both Katha and UV for not following the ritual, but Kailash takes their side. UV says he knows that he will land in trouble after helping Katha. Eshwar demands UV to meet him in his room along with Katha, then goes inside.
UV decides not to meet Eshwar, so Harshvardan demands an answer from UV where the latter took Katha. UV refuses to answer him. His behaviour stuns Katha. Rukmini convinces UV to meet Eshwar, so UV asks Katha to follow him and then leaves. At Eshwar’s room, Eshwar starts accusing UV for trying to make Katha leave the house. He also demands UV to give him a written assurance that he won’t divorce Katha nor oust her from the house. UV gets annoyed and angry at Eshwar for refusing to hear him out, so he tells Eshwar that Katha will leave the house on her own. Katha sees their argument and questions Eshwar and UV’s relationship.
Eshwar challenges UV, saying Katha will bring him to the right path, but UV mocks his confidence, saying it’s not possible. He further challenges Eshwar that he will expand his mom’s café all over the world and also not take over their family business, then leaves. Eshwar gets upset with himself. Katha goes to him. Eshwar requests her not to leave the house and also asks her to change UV for good. The episode ends with Katha making a promise to Eshwar that she will fulfil all the responsibilities and also not leave the house, which makes Eshwar happy.
