The episode begins with Lakshmi desperately thinking of a way to escape from the asylum. Meanwhile, Sanjana manages to free herself from the storeroom. She meets Karthik and reveals how Lakshmi attacked her, insisting she wants her daughter back. Karthik connects the dots and realizes the woman could actually be Antara. He instructs Sanjana to keep Jia and Antara away from each other until he returns home.
At the hospital, Lakshmi outsmarts the nurses and attempts to flee. She disguises herself in a nurse’s uniform, prompting the hospital staff to launch a search for her.
Elsewhere, Karthik gets dressed in his sherwani. When Antara approaches him, he says, “Lakshmi, let’s escape from here.” Antara pushes him away. Karthik says Veda is with him. When Antara asks if he has her daughter, Karthik confirms his suspicions.
Karthik and Raghuveer tie Antara to a chair and gag her. Raghuveer questions her, asking why she trusted Jia and reminding her they never wanted to separate her from Veda—they were only waiting for her recovery. Karthik insists they must rescue Lakshmi from the asylum.
Just then, Jia arrives calling for Karthik. Raghuveer and Antara hide. Jia questions Karthik about not being ready. He lies, saying he is getting ready and stepping out to get her a gift. Jia insists he stay and begins to open the window, but Karthik quickly stops her as Raghuveer and Antara are hidden outside. He sends Jia away and locks the room.
Karthik tells Raghuveer that Jia is watching his every move and he cannot leave without raising suspicion. Raghuveer volunteers to go to the hospital instead. He takes Antara with him, but as they arrive, the guards spot Antara and exclaim that they’ve finally found her. They take her back in custody. Raghuveer pleads with them not to mistreat his wife and wonders where Lakshmi might have gone.
Disguised as a delivery staff, Lakshmi arrives at Karthik’s house to deliver a parcel. Karthik tells Jia that it’s a special gift he ordered for her. Lakshmi, still in disguise, gets Jia to sign the documents. As the power returns, Karthik asks Jia to get ready and then goes upstairs, where he meets Lakshmi.
Lakshmi reveals that Jia unknowingly signed the legal documents and shares that she coordinated the plan with Raghuveer en route. Just then, Umesh arrives and asks Lakshmi why she messaged him. Lakshmi asks him to come with her. Karthik assures her that he will stop the wedding.
Meanwhile, Jia and Karthik’s wedding rituals commence. Karthik attempts to delay the ceremony but is unsuccessful. At the same time, the lawyer informs Umesh that the property is now legally his again. Umesh thanks Lakshmi for saving the property from Jia’s clutches. They quickly decide to head back to the venue to stop the wedding. Lakshmi calls Karthik but the phone doesn’t get connected.
