The show begins with Samrat flying a kite against his friend Deepu. He tells his Dadi that they should not lose no matter what. Dadi picks up Ratan’s call and learns that the runaway couple has been caught. She tells Samrat that she has to go now for work. Samrat asks her whether her work is more important for her than him. Dadi tells him that her life is not above his, but she has to go to clean the dirt that entered the village. She leaves from there.
Deepu wins with her sister’s help. She tells Samrat that Dadi can’t be a sister. Samrat witnesses a brother and sister bond. He goes to his mother and asks her to give him a sister soon. He says he doesn’t want anything except a sister. He talks to his father’s photo and says he is feeling lonely. He requests his mother to give him a sister. Chamba comes there and gives work to Choti dadi.
Meanwhile, Dadi tells the lady that today is Bhai Dooj, so she should apply tilak on her lover, accepting him as her brother. That lady refuses. Dadi tells that lady that if she knew that lady would end up loving a man from another caste, then she would have killed that lady when she was a kid. Dadi kills that man.
Sarla calls Vikram and tells him that she is scared. She asks what she will do if Samrat sees her sonography report. Vikram tells her that she is his wife and she did nothing wrong by marrying him. Sarla tells him that no one will accept a widow getting married again. Vikram tells her that he is a soldier and he will return soon. He says he will take Sarla and Samrat to the city. He asks her to tell Samrat she is pregnant and disconnect the call.
After some time, Sarla tells Samrat that she is pregnant. Samrat gets happy hearing this. He asks her to give him a sister. Dadi comes there. Samrat runs to her. Dadi asks him why he screamed, Sister. Sarla hopes Dadi doesn’t learn the truth. Dadi saves Samrat so he doesn’t get injured. After some time, Samrat puts a bandage on Dadi’s hand. Dadi says Samrat is her life. She leaves from there for work.
Choti dadi tells Sarla that no one will understand the latter. Sarla says her first husband died in a month, and Vikram entered her life, so she married him. She adds she wants to leave the house with Samrat. Chamba hears everything and says she will tell everything to Dadi. Choti dadi tells Sarla to run from there. Sarla tells Samrat that they should reach the bus stop soon.
Chamba calls Dadi and reveals widow Sarla is pregnant with her lover, who is from another caste. Dadi gets angry hearing this and tells Ratan, Let’s go. Sarla gives birth to a baby girl. She realizes that the baby is not crying and gets panicked. She is about to fall down, and Samrat holds the baby. The baby starts crying, so Samrat asks the baby not to cry. Sarla tells Samrat to go to the bus stop with his sister and get in the Jammu bus. She tells a phone number to him and asks him to call that number after reaching Jammu. Samrat runs from there with his sister.
