The episode starts with Raghav saying to Shanaya that if she wins he also wins.
Raghav comes to Dil and sees tears in her eyes. Raghav puts his hand under her face and doesn’t allow the tear drop to fall on the floor. Raghav asks Dil if he wants to say anything. Shanaya comes to Raghav and reminds Raghav that he is breaking his promise by talking to Dil. Shanaya takes Raghav and leaves from there.
Dil’s uncle comes to Ram and talks to him. Dil’s uncle tries to find out if Dil has contacted Ram but Ram recalls Lata has warned him not to tell anything about Dil to Dil’s uncle as Dil has threat of her uncle. Ram says to Dil’s uncle that he doesn’t know anything about Dil. Dil’s uncle asks Ram to come and tell him right away if Dil contacts him. Ram agrees. Dil’s uncle leaves from there.
Raghav recalls Dil’s behaviour and thinks Dil wanted to tell him something. Raghav asks the maid to get him hot water. Manu agrees and leaves from there.
Manu gets hot water and she is about to mix a big ice block in the water. Raghav’s mother stops Manu and says if she mixes this much ice then Raghav will even lose his voice for a few days. Shanaya overhears their conversation.
Dil looks at her mother’s photo and thinks even when she came into Raghav’s house she couldn’t ask for his help. Dil asks her mother Nandini now how will she find her.
Shanaya pours a glass of juice and mixes a big ice block in the juice. Natasha asks Shanaya what is she doing. Shanaya says she is making friends with Diljeet and says this glass of juice is for him. Natasha says good.
Shanaya comes to Dil and says to Dil that she wants to make friends with him and asks Dil to drink the juice. Dil agrees and asks Shanaya to first drink the juice. Shanaya makes up a reason and makes Dil drink the juice. Dil loses consciousness. Shanaya gets scared and leaves from there.
Raghav and others see Dil unconscious and they take her away to her room.
The doctor checks Dil and says Dil has drank really cold ice water due to which his vocal cords have been damaged. The doctor says Dil’s vocal cords need complete rest and he leaves from there.
Raghav looks at Dil unconscious and says to his mother he feels Dil wants to tell him something. Madhu comments on it. Raghav’s mother asks Raghav to go and take rest and says they will take care of Dil.
Natasha comes to Shanaya. Shanaya says she hasn’t done anything. Natasha comments on Shanaya and asks Shanaya why can’t she understand they need Diljeet’s voice.
Manu gets a call and she leaves from there. Manu drops Dil’s diary. Raghav comes to Dil’s room and notices Nandini’s photo and thinks why does. Diljeet has Nandini’s photo.

Precap:- the doctor says to Raghav and Dil that Dil needs complete rest of his voice and says he will not be able to speak for a few days. Natasha thinks now how will she execute her plan.
