The doctors reveal the next 48 hours are critical for the survival of the twins. Anxious and heartbroken, Ashwin lashes out at Pushpa, blaming her for prioritizing Swara’s safety over Deepti’s well-being. Despite Deepti standing up for Pushpa, the tension escalates—Ashwin even ends up slapping Chirag in a heated moment.
