The episode begins with Nutan notices Jhanak has a fever and gets worried. Jhanak says she is fine. Parashar says Jhanak is not taking care of herself well. Jhanak tells them that she doesn’t know how she got a fever. Parashar tells Mangal to bring their new doctor. Jhanak thinks she doesn’t have a goal in life, so she can even die. She cries. Nutan says Jhanak has fever definitely. Bua says no one called for a doctor when she had a fever. Mangal tells her that she has reached the time to reach God. Jhanak says she is strong, so she doesn’t need a doctor. Nutan tells her that Rishi will blame them if anything happens to Jhanak then. Jhanak thinks Rishi will never come there, and she has lied till now.
On the other side, Rishi requests Aditi to stay with him, and he will make everything fine. He tells Riddhi to take care of Aditi. Aditi tells him to look at his state. Riddhi says Aditi and Rishi love each other so much. She asks Aditi whether the latter can live without Rishi. Aditi says she doesn’t know whether she can become normal. She tells Rishi that she is feeling sad and depressed all the time. Rishi tells her that she will be fine in a week. Aditi tells him that he is not fine either. Rishi asks her how he can take care of himself when she is sad because of him.
Aditi says she sometimes wants to commit suicide. Riddhi tells them to give each other a chance. She says they should trust their love. Rishi says Aditi is his strength. Aditi hugs him and asks him to make her normal. Rishi promises to make everything fine. He says Aditi will get happy, and he won’t let her cry again.
Nutan treats Jhanak. Parashar tells Nutan that they should inform Rishi. Nutan says Rishi will think they did not take care of Jhanak. Bua asks Parashar why he is wasting money by calling the doctor. Parashar says Jhanak is not even able to speak due to fever, but Bua cares about money in this situation. He asks Bua whether he should let Jhanak die. Nutan gets worried about Jhanak. Sakhi consoles Nutan. Nutan says it’s a high fever, and medicines are not working.
The next day, Abhimanyu asks Rishi what the latter decided to do with Aditi. Rishi tells his family that he met Aditi yesterday. He says Aditi is really affected by that incident. Dadabhai says everyone worries about Aditi only, not Phool. And says wrong happened with Phool too. Rishi requests Dadabhai to not talk about Phool. Putul tells Dadabhai that Phool did not pick up her call. She says Aniruddh said he dropped Phool at the bus stop. Rishi says Phool ruined his life, so he doesn’t want anyone to talk about her. Dadabhai says he was wrong to think Rishi will listen to his conscience. Meanwhile, Jhanak murmurs in sleep and apologizes to Aditi.
