The episode opens up with hosts Sonali Bendre and Munawar Faruqui taking the stage to anchor Pati, Patni aur Panga. They warmly introduce one another with mutual respect.Munawar shares that he chose to be part of the show because it centers around couples, and he anticipates a mix of drama and romance as partners either argue or display their affection.They adopt fun nicknames for each other—Munawar becomes “Monu” and Sonali becomes “Sonu.” The first couple introduced is Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla. Sonali probes Rubina about the chemistry between them, and the duo is also asked about their romantic history before marriage. Rubina reveals that Abhinav had many female friends back then.
Abhinav shares that Sonali was the one who proposed first, but Rubina humorously recalls how boringly he responded—it took him nine months to say yes because he was focused on his career. The couple then amusingly discusses each other’s likes and dislikes.Next up are newlyweds Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal. They talk about how they initially disliked each other but grew closer while working together. Hina realized Rocky had a tough personality. When asked what he admires most about Hina, Rocky says it’s her honesty. Hina adds that they rarely argue since Rocky usually agrees with her. They both share qualities they appreciate in one another.
Hina opens up about a difficult chapter in her life—her battle with cancer—and praises Rocky for standing by her through it all. Munawar and Sonali applaud the couple for their strength and love. Munawar also jokingly teases Rubina and Abhinav, pointing out how Abhinav remains quiet because Rubina is so chatty.
The game segment then begins. Sonali and Munawar explain the rules, and both couples—Rubina-Abhinav and Hina-Rocky—answer questions. After a few rounds, Rubina and Abhinav took the lead.As the third couple is about to be introduced, Sudesh unexpectedly enters the stage with a group of women, and they all perform a lively dance. He is asked who’s his real wife among these women so he says she will be here any moment. Sonali welcomes the next couple Avika and her husband Milind Chandwani on the show. Her co stars of Balika Vadhu praise her and give her best wishes for the show. Munawar makes a little fun about Avika. The reality check round of Avika and Milind begins. Sonali gives the opportunity to question the rest of the participants.
She asks the first question to Avika. They are asked who’s the one that proposed in their relationship. Avika reveals that Milind has friendzoned her for 6months. She had proposed to him within one week of their meeting but he said they must be friends for 6months and that they can decide. They are asked who’s the more possessive person among them. Turns out none of them are more possessive. All of them had fun during their Thailand trip conversation. An old man from the audience is asked if he ever went to Thailand. The next question arises as to who’s the more educated person. Milind is an engineer and he is accused as an unromantic person and the smoke washes Milind three times making the audience laugh out loud. Rubina’s husband is asked to sit on Milind’s seat and gets the smoke run over for fun. Avika says that she is feeling like she came back to her home after a long time. She declares that she and Milind will get married on this stage alone. Everyone praises them and they finally take their seat.
The next couple turns out to be Swara Bhaskar and Fahad . It is said that they met at a protest for the first time. A short clip of their love story is shown. Swara and Fahad make their entry with Swara playing a dholak. Sonali asks Swara from whom she learnt to play the dholak. Her husband says that he was worried about her worrying whether the dholak troop would arrive on time. Swara says she is very passionate about the dholak and she gets crazy to the beats of this music. She expresses how their marriage was a challenge unlike the ones that society looks for. Fahad thanks Munavar for the show since he seems very full with frustration and is almost bursting with it. They are asked who’s the nets at home so Fahad says that it’s him because Swara always revolves with problems. Their reality check begins on this question.
Swara roasts Fahad well on the issue of being the nets at home. On his turn, Fahad says that a wife who can’t run the house along with her wife then what kind of a neta she is. He accuses her of not knowing the difference between jeera and soff. Swara answers well back to Fahad. Swara is announced as the winner by one of the foreigner dancers who actually didn’t understand a word. Fahad hugs Swara and says that he was just acting so that she wins. Sonali asks Sudesh if Billo is coming or he is going to leave. He says he is going to tell the truth now. Suddenly a voice is heard who asks Sudesh to stop and says she is here. She makes the entry on a rickshaw along with a troop of young male dancers. Sudesh seems to be annoyed seeing Billo with these men. He asks Billo if she isn’t ashamed of dancing with other men. Rubina and others tell Billo how Sudesh had been behaving with other women till now. He falls at Billo’s feet and apologises to him. Billo says he locked her and came here with four other women. Billo is welcomed by Sonali. Sudesh keeps on making fun. Billo discloses that she was 15 when she got married and had a baby at 16. Their marriage is 40years long. Both of them take their seats. Now Gurmeet makes a grand entry and gives a hot performance.
Sonali welcomes two new couples. Debina tells Gurmeet in Bengali that she is not going to leave him so easily since she is a sakchunni. Gurmeet is asked what is the task that he can do without Debina so he says it’s peeing. He says it’s because he can do no other work at home. Munawar says that he wants to host this show without money since he is enjoying it. Debina is asked the same question so she says that she gave birth to two kids with his help. Everyone enjoys this.
