The episode begins with Nysah tells Bhagyashree that she doesn’t think the latter stole. She says she wants to know how Bhagyashree arranged money. Bhagyashree reveals she kept her jewels in mortgage and got eighteen lakhs. Nysah asks why Bhagyashree wanted that much money. Bhagyashree replies that Rishabh’s father became ill, so she arranged money for his treatment. Nysah says Bhagyashree should have found a new fake husband. She reminds Bhagyashree that she was not like this in the past. She says Bhagyashree was practical and stayed away from being emotional. Bhagyashree tells her that Rishabh is important for her and he is her husband. Nysah asks her not to say the latter fell in love with Rishabh. She says she doesn’t let anyone take advantage of her. Meanwhile, Rishabh tells his Purab that they will get their company back.
Nysah says she is a role model for Bhagyashree, so she wants to teach something important to the latter. She asks Bhagyashree not to forget Rishabh won’t give her anything in return. Bhagyashree says she always believed in Nysah’s business sense, but the latter is wrong now. And she says it’s her life decision and her feelings are involved in this. She adds love just happens. Nysah calls Taniya and asks her to bring sanitizer. Taniya comes there with sanitizer. Nysah tells Taniya to splash sanitizer in the room and on Bhagyashree too. Bhagyashree gets shocked hearing this. Nysah says she understands Bhagyashree wants Rishabh, but she is being practical now. She tells Bhagyashree to leave from there. Bhagyashree leaves from there.
In the hospital, Rishabh asks the nurse about his father’s discharge. The nurse tells him that his father is in observation, so he can go home. She says they will call Rishabh later. Rishabh says he won’t go anywhere, leaving his father. Bhagyashree comes there. Rishabh asks her what she is doing there. Bhagyashree tells him that she came to see his father. Rishabh tells her that she should not have arrived there. Bhagyashree asks him whether only he can get worried. She says Rishabh can’t take care of his father without eating anything.
Rishabh tells her that she should take Vinay to the doctor. She says only Bhagyashree can handle Vinay, and Vinay must be bothering Padma now. Bhagyashree feeds him idli. She says Rishabh should not talk while eating. She informs him that her brother took Vinay to the doctor. Rishabh stares at Bhagyashree (the title song plays in the background). He also feeds her.
After some time, Rishabh goes aside to pick up a call. Bhagyashree is about to enter the patient room for whom she donated blood. But Rishabh stops her and convinces her to go home. Later, Rishabh tells his father that he feels like he is doing wrong with Bhagyashree. His father reminds Rishabh that Bhagyashree lied in court. Rishabh says he is not able to confront Bhagyashree. And says he gets hurt seeing Bhagyashree hurt. He adds he will find out if Bhagyashree knows the truth or not.
Nysah tells Taniya to call Bhagyashree. Bhagyashree tells her colleagues that Nysah gave her everything when she was nothing; that’s why she is doing all this. She picks up Rishabh’s call and talks to him. Nysah sees Bhagyashree talking on a phone. She goes to Bhagyashree and says, “Let’s go if the latter’s love story is over then.” She takes Bhagyashree from there.
Bhagyashree tells Nysah to drive slowly. Nysah asks Bhagyashree not to get scared. They meet with an accident. Bhagyashree gets shocked seeing Nysah unconscious. She calls Rishabh and tells him about the accident. Rishabh asks her whether she is fine and where she is. Bhagyashree finds an auto and tells Rishabh to come to the city hospital.
