Mangal Lakshmi 10th August 2025 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode begins with Lakshmi asking Mangal how she liked her surprise. Mangal replies that it reminded her of her childhood. Gayatri arrives and asks Lakshmi to let her meet Mangal as well. Mangal warmly welcomes her. Meanwhile, Adit wonders how to expose Kapil quickly. He receives a video call from Sowmya, who questions why he has been ignoring her calls. Adit explains that it’s Raksha Bandhan, so he is making gifts for the kids and that Lakshmi has come to meet Mangal.
During the call, Sowmya notices Monisha coming out of Adit’s washroom and demands to know who she is. Monisha thanks Adit for letting her use it and leaves. Sowmya remarks that she thought he was busy with Mangal and asks about the woman. Adit lies, saying Monisha is his cousin who came for Raksha Bandhan, and quickly ends the call.
Adit then thinks of using Akshat to bring Kapil home. Gayatri promises Kusum that she will visit her every week. Adit fears Lakshmi might discover Kapil and Monisha’s truth. Kusum asks Lakshmi and Mangal to tie rakhi. Before that, Mangal challenges Lakshmi to identify a dish; if she wins, she can tie the rakhi first. Lakshmi guesses correctly and gifts Mangal a handmade apron. Both tie rakhi to each other and share a happy moment.
Adit waits for Kapil’s arrival. Gayatri asks Kusum about Sudesh’s health, and Kusum says Sudesh is well because of Mangal. Lakshmi asks Mangal how she manages everything so well. Mangal says motherhood gives extra strength. Lakshmi wishes she could be a great mother like Mangal. Gayatri tells Kusum she feels sad that such a wonderful daughter-in-law is going to another house. Kusum says Mangal is like her own daughter.
Mangal asks Lakshmi if she is pregnant. Lakshmi says no, but they are planning for a baby. Mangal is delighted. Kusum tells Gayatri that Lakshmi and Karthik have been married for a year and wishes Gayatri would soon become a grandmother. Gayatri is displeased. Mangal says she will pray for Lakshmi to have a baby soon, which Gayatri overhears. Lakshmi prepares to leave, but Adit worries that Kapil’s truth won’t come out if she goes. He tries to stop her but fails, and Lakshmi leaves with Gayatri.
Kapil arrives soon after. Mangal asks why he is there, and Kapil says Akshat invited him for lunch. Mangal tells him Lakshmi has just left and asks him to sit. Adit is disappointed that Kapil arrived too late. He then notices tension between Kapil and Monisha.
