The episode starts with Chandan calling Shanaya inside. Shanaya gives a sorry card to Raghav and asks him to forgive her. She then asks him to give her stars and hands him a pen. Raghav hugs her and says, “You need to admit the truth for it to be a real apology, so tell me whose voice your mom stole.” Shanaya recalls Natasha’s words that Raghav will not love her if she tells him the truth. With tears in her eyes, Shanaya leaves. Chandan asks Raghav why he made Shanaya cry. Raghav justifies his way.
Natasha goes to Dil’s room. She checks Dil’s belongings and notices a diary. Meanwhile, Raghav checks the CCTV footage but still can’t figure out who is actually singing. He sees Dil coming there and asks why she is in his room. Dil says she came to remind him of his pinky promise. Raghav asks what it is. Dil says, “You promised to announce in the concert and find my dad.” Raghav says he still remembers his promise. Dil replies, “You remember it, yet you haven’t made the announcement.” Raghav says he will fulfill his promise when she reveals who sang for Shanaya. Dil feels conflicted, thinking, If I reveal the truth, I’ll have to break Natasha’s promise, and that’s not right either. Raghav asks her to decide. Dil looks on. Raghav thinks she knows something.
Natasha sees the name “Nandini” in the diary. She wonders if Dil is Raghav’s son but then dismisses the idea, thinking it’s not possible as Raghav’s lover Nandini has a daughter. She is about to read another page but hears a sound and comes out of the room. She sees Dil’s mama and asks who he is. He lies, saying he is a caterer who came to collect some things, and leaves.
Madhu calls Dil and asks her to help decorate the deity. She asks if Raghav remembered his promise. Dil says Raghav put a condition that he will help her only if she tells him who sang on stage in Shanaya’s place. Chandan and Madhu overhear the condition. Chandan says Raghav is determined to find the singer.
Shanaya refuses to get ready for school and throws her uniform. Natasha sends the worker away and tells Shanaya she will get her ready herself. In tears, Shanaya says her dad doesn’t love her, that he refused to give her a star, and instead gave one to Dil. She scolds Natasha for making Dil sing. Natasha assures her, “I will send Dil away from this house, so don’t worry. Now come and get ready for school.” Shanaya throws her bag and refuses to go to school. Raghav and Dil arrive. Raghav asks Shanaya to pick up her bag and books from the floor. Shanaya takes the bag. Natasha tells Raghav to stay away from them as he is giving his love to other children. He says he is disciplining his kid. She says, “Discipline Dil, and only come to my child when you’re ready to give all your love to her.” She closes the door on his face and tells Shanaya to get ready for school.
