The episode starts with Rajveer plays the audio recording of Riya given to him by Pushpa. Rajveer gets shocked hearing Riya’s opinion about him saying she hates her dad as he never fought for her. Riya also says in the audio recording that she thinks her father is a molester that is why he runs away from fighting.
Rajveer after hearing the recording he reads the letter of Pushpa. Pushpa says to Rajveer in the letter that Riya thinks of him as a coward who runs away from his responsibilities and says to Rajveer that this is his chance to prove Riya is thinking wrong about him and he also has a chance to tell the truth to Riya.
The next day, Bhatnakar asks Naina if she knows who is going to argue Rajveer’s case. Naina says they will know in a short while. Naina praises the person whoever made this move of making Rohini go against Rajveer in the court. Pushpa comments on it. Kadambari comments on Pushpa.
Rajveer comes to the court and sits in the seat. Rajveer says to Rohini that fight should be fought for justice. Rohini comments on Rajveer that he is unpredictable as usual and comments on it. Rohini says to Rajveer that last time he ran away but why is he here now and asks Rajveer if he doesn’t care about his daughter anymore. Rajveer says he is here to show his daughter that he is innocent and comments on it.
The judge starts the court proceedings. Rohini calls Suman to the witness stand. Rohini asks Suman to tell the court what happened with her at Rajveer’s house. Suman says she has gone to Rajveer’s house to take his signatures. Suman says Rajveer has tried to force himself on her and says she escaped from him and ran away from there. Rohini plays a video of Suman running away from Rajveer’s home being distressed.
Rohini later calls Rajveer to the witness stand and questions him. Rohini asks Rajveer if he was accused of molestation before. Rajveer denies the charges of molestation. Rohini says she was asking if he was accused of molestation before. Rohini says to the judge that before he was accused of molestation and due to it the bar association has banned his practice and Rohini has divorced him and the court gave the custody of Riya to him. Rohini asks Rajveer why hasn’t he come to the court for Riya’s custody. Rajveer says he ran away from Riya for her safety and comments on it.
Rohini says to the judge that Rajveer ran away before because he was a molester and he can also do it now and comments on it.
Rajveer later calls Suman to the witness stand and plays the video. Rajveer says to Suman that she is looking distressed in this video. Rohini asks Rajveer if she should look cool after what happened. Rajveer comments on Rohini and asks her not to interrupt his questioning. Rajveer asks Suman after running home being distressed she ordered pizza at 1 am. Rajveer submits the bill in the court.
Rohini throws a paper weight on the ground and says to the judge everyone reacted differently when she threw the paper weight and says Suman might have found solace in eating food and comments on it.
Rohini calls Pushpa to the witness stand. Rohini questions Pushpa about Rajveer. Rohini asks Pushpa why has she chosen Rajveer as her mentor. Pushpa says because he is a great teacher. Rohini comments on it and asks Pushpa if she had an affair with Rajveer. The judge warns Rohini not to accuse another woman’s character to win her case. Rohini apologises to the judge. Pushpa says to everyone in the court how much Rajveer has fought for her dream and to find her grand daughter. Pushpa says that is why she stands by Rajveer and she also says Rajveer can never molest a woman and comments on it.
Rohini calls Bhatnakar and Naina one by one to the witnes stand and they give their testimony against Rajveer. Rohini says Rajveer is arrogant, alcoholic these are few words that describe him and he is also a molester and comments on it. The judge orders the court for a break.
Kadambari comes to Rohini and says to Rohini that she has something for her and shows the screen shots of Koyal’s messages that she got from Rajveer’s phone.
It is shown Kadambari meets Kotak and asks Kotak to get these screenshots from Rajat’s phone so that she can take revenge on Pushpa. Kotak agrees to Kadambari’s request as it is against Pushpa.
Rohini asks Kadamabri to send these screenshots to her and says she will use them when the time is right.
Rajveer tries to talk to Riya. Riya asks Rajveer not to talk to her. Riya leaves from there. Pushpa comes to Rajveer and encourages Rajveer. Rajveer says he will not fight this case anymore as Riya hates him and she will never forgive him. Pushpa asks Rajveer how can he expect Riya to change her perspective if he doesn’t fight and reminds Rajveer that Riya’s name is attached to his name and asks Rajveer to prove his innocence for Riya. Rajveer agrees.

The court announces Rajveer is guilty and orders 3 years jail time to him.
